Great store, really friendly and helpful staff members and always a wicked range of clothing and footwear. One thing worth noting is that some of their products can be found considerably cheaper at other suppliers such as asos or house of Fraser. Definitely worth comparing prices before finalising a purchase.

They have the finest quality of genuine leather in shoes, handbags, jackets, etc. My visit on 18th May 2022 allowed me to purchase a pair of boots & I shall return for the chic jackets & unique handbags. So I FINALLY was able to sign into my account and write this review for Melissa because she's amazing! It took me a week to figure it out, but finally DID! She was so helpful and made sure I got discount after discount. The other employee was lovely, but didn't tell me I could have received all these discounts which was disappointing but Melissa was so on top of it. She even made sure I received the discounts on the clothes I previous bought that same day. And honestly, I don't normally write reviews, but I promised her I would write a review because she was magnificent! She helped me with finding the right sizes, going the extra mile with various clothing, and didn't have to go out of her way but she did!! AND she's so kind, competent, helpful, and her energy is just a joy to be around! When I'm back in London, this is my store! Because of Melissa!

Have been in love with AllSaints for little bit more than a decade but got particularly in love with this very store!

I will not write a bunch of epithets about the really cool clothes and the vibe of this store (space design, lighting solutions, music). I will only add that excellent consultants, especially guys, complete the image of the store. Guys, yesterday you looked amazing and were so confident in your stunningness that I left the store with a smile (although I did not buy anything this time). Thank you!

Great as always! This time I did not buy anything as I was very very busy. But I will come back to the store after my scuba diving holiday. There are so many great stuff to buy, wow! And the staff members at the front doors were very friendly and polite. They made my day

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience.
I bought a dress that was missing the slip dress and the manager kindly offered to order a replacement (of under dress). After the replacement didn’t arrive, I was offered to exchange for a brand new dress, which was held in store for me until I can make it to the store.
Special thanks to Melissa who arranged everything, kept me informed and ensured I was happy with the exchange on the day of my visit to store. The customer service and friendliness can compete with that of the designer boutiques, I am very pleased!

This store is extra ordinary!! Lovely employees especially in the menswear section! They helped my husband find the perfect jacket. Praise should be given where deserved.

Sive is absolutely amazing!
I popped in today just to have a look at the collection. I found a dress that looked amazing on me 😂 and was about to pay for it when a Karen basically snitched it from my hand. Cutie pie, Sive, saved the day and ordered one for me with some money off ( which you get when you sign up to their newsletter).Sive, you are absolutely amazing, a real problem-solver & such a pleasure to have a conversation with and so genuine - which is so rare nowadays. Little did I know that on that day I would have met Luca, an incredibly passionate stylist that has not only created a style fit for me but shared the knowledge in how to. AND I loved your positive energy buddy!

I was totally unaware of how much confidence the right clothes can give you!

I’m so thankful for Melissa at Allsaints Regent Street!!! I was lost looking for items and sizes, and Melissa was so cheerfully helpful and did her very best to make sure I had an outstanding customer experience. I normally don’t leave reviews but felt compelled to make sure everyone knew of Melissa’s hospitality and graciousness as a stylist! I was totally shocked she wasn’t already a store manager, her professionalism and service really made me feel comfortable shopping here! I will be back to this specific store because of her!

I have been a shopper of All Saints since 1994 and as you can imagine in this time I have purchased literally hundreds of items.. clothes, shoes, bags accessories and perfume and walked away happy with my purchases.....But today I was blown away by a man named Sivenathi he was EXTREMELY helpful,polite and listened to what I was asking which today is very rare...so a BIG shout out to Sivenathi and a massive THANK YOU ....You have made a happy shopper out of me ,we need more like you to make shopping more enjoyable...I would give hundred stars if I could 😊😊😊

I had an amazing customer experience today with Sive 🇿🇦❤!!
I was warmly welcomed and I was looking for a specific dress that they helped me find straight away! No time wasted. They didn’t have the colour and size I was looking for so Sive offered me to try it in a different colour and to order the correct colour and size for me with home delivery for free!
