Quiet, full nights sleep, clean & a bagging breakfast! Views are not good but it's the location! TV wasn't even HD quality! Was like 10 years ago SD, that's my only fault! Shower was brilliant, hot & very powerful! Beds are amazingly comfy!

Is it dated? Yes. Are the rooms rather small? Yes. But so are the rates! Despite having that 1980's look and feel the place is really clean, with very friendly staff, and stunning views of London (do ask for top floors!). Located near an underground station (3 min. walk).
The shower has a thermostat, the sink has a mix tap, and the AC is fairly new and efficient.
One real drawback for a 3 star hotel is the lack of a fridge in the room.

This place is great! Very clean, the water pressure was very high, unlike some other hotels. The breakfast you have to pay for there's two options. We decided to get the more expensive breakfast $10 but the food was excellent. We had a food allergy and the staff came over right away with a allergy list in all the foods. I highly recommend this place.

I recently booked a double room with private bathroom at Premier Inn Hotel. I was totally pleased about my stay, the room was very clean and so all the hotel, the room had all the comfort, the night was very peaceful, not any levels of noise from inside and outside the hotel, breakfast was superb and the personnel very friendly and polite...definitely I will stay again in the future!!!

We stayed for a week, and our room was big and comfortable, air com through the night. Fabulous. The staff was very accommodating and helping us with whatever we need at the time. So Thank you for the lovely stay. Grateful.

I was in London for a few days, and wanted to stay just out of the expensive centre but stay within easy traveling distance.

This hotel was perfect, able to get to without going into the no cars allowed exclusion zones, pre-booked parking, and reasonable rooms. It was also a short walk from the subway into the centre of London, and surrounded by pubs and restaurants.

It was quiet, safe and great value for money. Will be staying here again for future trips.

Clean comfortable room. Our was a nice size and had a good view too. The bath was a short bath tub but filled quick and was deep. Breakfast was £9.50 for cooked, or £7.50 for continental. The breakfast options were good and the dining area was nice and comfortable. Lovely staff, kind, polite and helpful. Decent location, near to tube stations and corner shops. I'd happily stay here again.

When you stay at premier inn you expect basic, a kind of ‘you get what you pay for’ service. Well, not here!
The staff go out of their way to make your stay the best it possibly can be! They literally cannot do enough for you.. including the manager, Samuel. What an absolute credit you are!
On top of ensuring our stay was great, the staff arranged some extras to make sure my daughter had an extra special stay including a little elephant on the bed (made out of a towel) and a nice room with a view.
The room was on floor 12, it had a beautiful view of the London skyline and was spacious, clean and tidy with a bath and shower!
The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from the tube station and is perfect is coming from Hammersmith as it’s one stop away.
If you want a budget room with 5 star service.. stay here! I will be, again and again!

Had a really good nights sleep here, the complimentary luggage storage was really handy as we were out all day at an outdoor event in London so dropped our bags on arrival with no fuss.

We paid in advance for breakfast - Costa coffee machine was a massive bonus and the cooked breakfast and continental options all really good. Staff friendly and efficient. When I compare with recent experience at a Travel Lodge - in my option there is no comparison.

Really clean and comfortable. Very quiet, the staff were friendly and approachable.
I'd like to address the comments previously made about the restaurant, in our experience, we decided to eat there the 2nd night of our stay, it's was lovely and clean, but... The restaurant manager was clearly very very stressed, we were not seen quickly, when we were we were told to go back towards the door we had entered through by a kind of waving away gesture... There was I think 1 experienced staff member and perhaps 2 less experienced it seemed, these were very polite and professional. When we were eventually seated I asked if we could quickly order some cocktails, as we only had 10 mins left to get the offer after waiting. The waitress looked to the manager who then said there was no way that was happening as they were already 15 cocktails behind. There was no body at the bar as I could see, then we finally decided what we wanted to eat, only to be told there were no burgers left.... So this was our introduction... Saying all that... I was pretty annoyed, we almost left... But we stayed, and from then on we couldn't fault it, the manager was very attentive, very nice to our 3 Yr old, professional, the food was really delicious... We got a selection of starters... So in my opinion, they are under staffed and the higher management should help them out.. Something we see almost anywhere there is customer service involved these days... So yea... They need more staff to share the load, and the manager there that evening needs to find a way to cope with his load better, and hide his stress from the customers. So I hope you find this a fair review... I really ended up feeling sorry for them.

Had a delightful stay on the ninth floor, felt like they had given me the presidential suite as I had a family room to myself. Lovely big windows and all the facilities you would want. The bath is very dear great if you are looking to relax not so great if you are getting old and struggling to get out of it 🤣 so many premier inns seem to have moved away from a plug socket by the bed, but it was nice to not be attached to my phone all night

Great staff, rooms were more than adequate for a city break, clean and tidy, close to district line for city access. Would recommend, and definitely use again.

Hotel of choice when staying in London. Easy to get to. Always a great stay. Food great, service friendly and comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Never had a problem. Easy to get transport into London as station a couple of minutes walk. Surprised not a better rating.

Excellent location, chargeable parking onsite. 5 minute walk to the station, and easy access to central London via bus and rail.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two male staff, both were very happy to chat and tell us about the local area - where to get a coffee, and how far to Tesco Express (3 or 4 minute walk) etc.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds and bed sheets were comfortable. Lovely big bouncy pillows too! I don't usually sleep well away from home, but I slept great.

The family room was large and functional, with a good amount of floor space for the children to play board games and cards. Large wardrobe and ample shelving space, and bedside drawers.

The bathroom was very clean and tidy, towels were soft and fresh and soap was provided. No shampoo/conditioner though so don't forget to bring your own!

Breakfast in the morning was excellent - £20 for two adults, and children ate for free. A great selection of options
Cereal
Toast
Full English/cooked breakfast
Pastry
Fresh fruit
Yogurt
Pancakes

The breakfast staff were very helpful, and great with the children. My two found it somewhat novel to take their pancakes to the window to be heated, and the waitress was very sweet to help them and chat with them.

Not a fancy hotel but very well kept and the staff were fabulous. We will definitely be booking a room here when we come back in the summer!

My third stay here in six months...
The kitchen/breakfast and restaurant staff cannot be faulted.
The rooms are a little tired but spotlessly clean..well done the housekeeping team.
Oh yeah, the reception staff are not bad either !.

Really friendly staff who were always keen to help. Being a little further out meant that the hotel was pretty quiet considering we were in London. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning which was always good quality and helped for a morning routine - we were always able to easily get a table after pre-paying the night before.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really impressed with the service. I was greeted politely on arrival and helped with car parking and the extra services that I requested. Rooms were basic, but clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was hardworking and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
