Stonebridge Gardens

Great playground in a fairly fetching small park. The playground is mainly comprised of wooden elements, giving it a more natural feel that blends with the park in general. Except for the big concrete and mosaic snake, which is a really fun climbing element. Aside from the snake, there’s a small trampoline, several types of swings, a slide. Haven’t really used the rest of the park but I did notice a basketball hoop and some table tennis tables. My three-year-old daughter and I easily spent an hour in the playground. We have only been once but will definitely return.

Lovely park with much space to have picnics. There's a basketball court and 3 colourful ping-pong tables. Lovely children's play area called snake park.

The playground is an extremely important place that influences a child's development. It allows him to have fun, helps him improve movement patterns and become more aware of his body. Moreover, thanks to various play possibilities, it develops creativity and stimulates imagination.

We Found The Snake playground accidentally on the way home , during our another spontaneous adventure.

It is a really nice place in Stonebridge Gardens in Hackney noun also as Haggerston Snake Park.

The blue mosaic sculpture of the snake is perfectly awesome.

About 15 minutes away is Hackney City Farm.

I really recommend it.

Nice park with playground and large lawn area. There's a basketball court here as well. Quite a versatile park.

The most favourite part for us is a Snake Park Playground with cool design, a sandpit and other useful stuff for kids' entertainment. For adults there is area with basketball play equipment and ping-pong tables.

Great place, beautiful park, also called Snake park.

It's a nice local park. Everyone has a great time there. However, there's something on the tarmac. Something like stone. I don't know what it is but I would like it removed please because someone on a skateboard/Roller skates etc. Could get hurt by tripping over it.

Small but cute, amazing free play elements for kids. The mosaic snake is really cool and even in the rain it was good fun, although a little slippery. Great location as right next to the station.

Lovely park with pingpong tables, basketball and soccer court, kids play and lots of greenery and benches. If you’re there make sure to leave it clean again. Trash cans are at all exits and in summer they even put up two more large bins towards the entrance by Hagerstown station.

Nice playground, kids love the snake. Good swings for teaching your kids how to swing. A roundabout that is so terrible that it comes out of the other side of bad into the amusing zone. Also lots of fancy cake shops nearby in case you need sugar.

Lively lovely little park. Loads of broken play equipment and a giant ditch which floods the playground everytime it rains.
There's a basketball/football area and table tennis tables. Beautiful old trees. Loads of friendly dog walkers. Barely a handful of crackheads or drunks around which is a nice change for hackney. They try do what they can with the flowerbeds.

It's a lovely little park area. Tucked away just off the kingsland rd. Ideal for walking a small dog and a lovely little play area for the little ones and basket ball for the older ones. Plenty of benches to sit and collect your thoughts

My childhood park with great memories. Developed really well over the years and now they have a basketball court, table tennis tables and more kids apparatus to play with.

We love the gardens! (And look forward to the Snake Park playground in the gardens to open again). Nice trees, green space and benches just off Haggerston station

This park has some of the greenest grass I’ve ever seen. It’s very well used , friendly , has a good children’s play area.Only thing to grumble about is no toilet or drinking fountain

Nice small park with a play area for kids young and old. It is always clean and tidy and is a nice area to sit and have a picnic in good weather.
