when ever i visited the shop found good shoes and trainers ,always found the young guy at the counter very helpful never I have had a problem cant wait for them to open need some boots

A small but well stocked shop situated on the busy Greenwich village promenade. The footwears are varied from across multi designer brands.

Very bad customer service

Don't bother with his place. It took them 15 seconds to lose me as a customer forever. I walked in at 7:02pm ready to hand over whatever necessary for some basic shoes. Rude sales woman shouts from downstairs that they are closed despite the fact their web listings say they close at 8:00pm and the fact that the door itself was OPEN. She couldn't be bothered to sell shoes so I can't be bothered to think twice about always ordering online from somewhere else.

Bought some shoes but noticed later they had black marks on them and the leather finish was different on each shoe. Was refused a refund when I went back and shop owner dodged responsibility for the poor product and suggested I contacted the manufacturer. Avoid this place.

Super bad service, exchange policy is really bad and staff is super unfriendly. they don't really care for you just for your money. Stay away from this store.

Don't go to this store, they are not nice and make it a big deal when exchanging a product. Also the discounts are not create and the products are generally ugly.
