Sainsbury's Local

This small store has superb staff -- always friendly and helpful -- as well as very good stocking. Just today I had a truly excellent experience dealing with a return, mainly helped by Ola, a manager, and also by another manager, Samad. The problem was my own fault since I had bought some things yesterday for a function I thought was today but is not happening until end of this month. Nothing was opened and the return was approved. The receipt from yesterday came from the till faded but Ola was still able to deal with it and was very friendly as well efficient. The whole experience was exceptionally good thanks to Ola and Samad.

Reason I am giving 5 stars is because this morning one of the staff was so kind and helpful. Thankyou Shalie. My young sister died in November 2022 and I sometimes go for a early walk to clear my head. So I appreciate very much when staff are helpful and kind.

Cracking Store for a convenience. It has everything you need for a top up shop. Staff are great and welcoming.
Everyone is complaining about the car park outside however this has nothing to do with Sainsbury's as it is privately owned. Please be cautious when parking there, as you would in the whole of Greenwich, as this is monitored by a camera as you enter the car park, so ensure you pay to park.

Not 1, not 2 but 3 members of stuff all went way out of their way to help me with an item I was having problems with at checkout. Excellent customer service!

Mini market open from 6am to mid night, nice place to get stuff, fruits and vegetables ... ect.
