Dimitri responded very quickly to my first enquiry, and then came a few days later to sort out the various issues with the electrics at my place. I found him and his colleague to be courteous, professional and pleasant too. I'd recommend!

Dimi is a really nice guy. He came in and worked out the problem in the first few minutes. Quickly resolved it, he ran a few extra tests about the flat. If I ever have an issue again, I’ll be back :-)

I came across this company whilst searching the web, and there were 4 things that drew my attention to them. The first being that they were local to me, the second was that they offered a 24 hour service, the third that they prices seemed to be very competitive and the fourth and the main reason was the 5 stars reviews. So as a result I decided to give them a call.

I have to say that they were well worth every 5 star reviews on their page, because like everyone else I was really impressed (and it takes a lot to impress me)!

Dimitri was absolutely amazing! He was prompt, courteous and professional, as well as being extremely knowledgeable. Basically he was just a very nice person to have in your home.

The first time I used the service was was to replace a new double oven on Christmas eve 2 years ago. I was very impressed with Dimitri and the work he did so much that my family toasted his health. He has since repaired my ceiling lighting also the sockets. The last job he did was to replace a washing machine and I do not have any complaints about the work. Dimitri takes pride in his work and he makes sure that the work is to a high standard. I have no problem in singing his praises and recommend him.

Dimitri is a very friendly electrician and was very professional in his work!

He kept me up-to-date with the materials he ordered for the job and when he expected them to arrive so we could co-ordinate a time that would be convenient for him to do the job. He ended up sacrificing an afternoon of a sunny weekend to do it, which shows incredible dedication to his work and craft (to be honest he should have just co-ordinated a weekday with me)

I could tell he put effort into his work as he provided a post-job summary of the work that's been done and also labeling when the new lights were installed, reassuring us that the communal lights are replaced and fully functioning.

He was also very considerate of the cleanliness of the area after he had finished the work and cleaned up the dust and debris!

All in all, I would give him, 5 Dimitris out of 5

Like many others I did a quick search online to find a local electrician. Dimitri came up with great reviews. We needed some old halogen cabinet lights and overhead lights fixing as they kept going out and were not working. Dimitri came over to quote and then ordered the parts. They did a fantastic job - very quick and professional. What I really liked however was how personable Dimitri was - he explained the issues and what the solution was and also offered to fix another light for us. They also wore masks which I really appreciated. Great, friendly service at a good price - would use again! Thanks

Amazing service! Has been our saviour literally! We been having so many problems with our boiler and Dimitraki has been amazing, if he’s around our area he even pops in to sort it! Dimitraki has done an excellent job! He was punctual, professional & explained everything in detail. The final result was just amazing. After doing the main job, he also helped with other smaller things that needed fixing for free. I would highly recommend him!

Mine was a challenging task as I wanted an extractor fan installed in a small space of cupboard without any disruption to the bathroom and it had to be in place of existing one which was in an old blocked window! He got all materials, managed to install with minimum disruption and the result looks neat.

Dimi and his brother came round to replace my downstairs ceiling halogen lights to LED fire safety lights x10. From start to finish, Dimi was super polite, offered good advice, honest and professional. I called out Dimitri from DIM Electrical Services one evening after a problem with our fuse box. He was friendly, professional and efficient throughout the job and didn't mind being called out during anti-social hours. I have no hesitation in recommending him. Dim Electrics sorted out all the electrics in our restaurant. We inherited many electrical issues on moving in to the property, and we had many different electricians visit but unable to find the source of the problem or resolve said issues.
Dim Electrics were extremely professional, easy to contact, prompt and did everything in a very timely fashion. They're always on hand in times of need, and go out of their way to help.

Dimitri was amazing! Called him at 11.30pm and did not turn us away! Came round and sorted everything out! Also explained what had happened for the fault and to contact him if we had any other questions. Defo keeping him on my speed dial for future for any electrical issues

I really recommend DIM Electrical Services. I had an urgent problem to be fixed on a Sunday afternoon and they were very quick to come and not only fix everything but also improve it with no additional cost and in a very quick and efficient manner. I also appreciate that they left my kitchen as clean as it was before.
