Absolutely shockingservice from this store. If I could give 0 stars I would but this will suffice. The workers at this store are very incompetent and when I was reporting a problem they didn’t even acknowledge the problem at hand. Definitely will not be coming here again.

I am not a picky person, but this time I had to be. I went to the shop to buy a vape. It turns out to be faulty. I went back there for an exchange. The lady there didn't want to exchange it for me nor give me a refund. The level of their customer service is appalling. Guys if your looking to go here or you shop here. Please save yourself the hassle and money. Thank me later!

Just look at the other reviews these people are so rude and the lack of customer service is appalling, their only selling point is it’s literally a convenience store, prices are jacked up the only reason I still go is because it’s near where I live. Furthermore I have seen them being shouted at by a customer as they assumed he didn’t understand what they were saying when insulting customers in their language.

Very unprofessional staff. I was there with my girlfriend to pick up some tests, the shop assistant was talking on the phone with his friend the whole time, didn’t speak a proper word with us. Very unkind of him.

Rejecting the parcel delivery that I expect to pick up.
