A small shop with kitchenware you want to buy. Everything inside is so beautiful. Their selection is very expensive but the quality is good. The staff is not the friendliest in the world

Did the vegetarian knife skills course which I’d highly recommend, the chef Panos was a good teacher, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we got to cook some yummy food. Thinking of going again!

This was our first attendance on a Borough Kitchen course. I have rated it 5 stars as it was really good. The venue was well equipped and enabled a professional atmosphere with all the right equipment but also felt relaxed too.
Sunita was an excellent teacher and she coped well with a class of mixed levels of cooking experiences. She gave us many extra personal tips and is clearly experienced and passionate at what she does.
The evening ran smoothly because it was well prepared and Carla helped with washing up and tidying along the way. We will be looking at other courses for 2017.

Had a fantastic night. Really, really interesting talk and demonstrations and learnt lots of new skills and cooking tips. I left feeling invigorated and confident to try out my cutting techniques at home, although I'll have to practice a lot. We cooked a very tasty 3 dish meal and it was very satisfying to eat what we cooked with the group whilst chatting over a glass of wine. The three staff were brilliant, Carla (?) was an excellent teacher, highly knowledgeable and very patient with us. The two other team members were also great helping us with our techniques, cleaning up and making sure we had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend it more, I'm booking for another class!

The bread making with yeast course was excellent. Carla and her team were charming and in a great location. I was so impressed with the amount of input and baking that was crammed into three hours and that included eating the delicious goodies we had made. I would highly recommend this course and the Borough Kitchen Cook School to anyone looking for a treat.

I went here for a class and it was incredible! Carla is a wonderful teacher and I would highly recommend taking a class here. Please excuse my terrible plating up skills.

We set up our wedding registry here. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The product selection is very well curated to offer good quality and value for money. We received thoughtful feedback on the products they carry as well as the ones that they do not in order to find the items that best fit our needs. We have recommended it to friends and are very excited to set up our kitchen with Borough Kitchen's products.

Had a fantastic evening on the steak knowledge course. It has given me a great understanding of everything from techniques to the meat itself and I feel very confident in my steak cooking now. It was also such a thrill to learn from Fran, whose book 'The Ginger Pig Meat Book' has been our favourite recipe book for a long time. We can't wait to come again!

Just excellent! I've been on many of the courses: knife technique, bread making, pasta making, macaroons and foundation sauces. Carla is full of valuable information, talent and skill. Great fun and very well presented. I learnt a lot and have been given fantastic recipes which I now use regularly. The courses have inspired me to go to full time cookery school! Thank you Carla and Emma.

Wonderfully educational and fun experience with an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced teacher-chef! I really enjoyed learning new techniques, discussing interesting ingredients and their specialty, hearing more about the kitchen chemistry and trying my hand at creating 5 versatile sauces. Will absolutely make these at home! Nothing can compare with live demonstrations and back-and-forth discussions and analysis of all aspects of kitchen life. I'm 100% signing up for more courses!

I had an amazing morning at the Borough Kitchen Jams & Pickles class on Thursday with Fran Warde. She was very generous with her knowledge & allowed me plenty of hands on time. She was also terrific about any likes or dislikes I had, taking them into account in the recipes. We made a couple of jams - one sugar-free, a chutney & some kimchi - all of which I am really looking forward to trying. If you get the chance to try one of the cooking courses here - go for it!

I recently attended a Pasta course at Borough Kitchen taught by Carla and Emma. What a great evening; the three hours raced past, and as well as learning loads they made sure the whole class was fun. Highlight of the evening was the moment that real pasta started appearing from the pasta machine - almost like magic. And sitting around eating the product of our labours over a glass of wine at the end of the evening felt more like a relaxed meal with friends. I almost didn't want to leave. Thanks guys!

Took my dad to Borough Kitchen Chiswick for the Principles of Bread Making course as part of his birthday present. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Grace and Al were a great team and incredibly welcoming. Al, the chef who taught us about bread was a fountain of knowledge and a brilliant teacher. We had a fantastic evening, especially getting to eat the calzone we made with a delicious salad made by Grace. My dad thoroughly enjoyed it as did I and I am very much looking forward to trying my focaccia and yeasted loaf when I get home this evening.

Hello. I will not be impartial as it was my first cookery class ever. And I can say that it motivates me to do an other one, at least there.
The good things here are :
- A limited amount of learners which allow to get the teacher's advise and ask questions in a friendly ambiance.
- The organisation as Carla is doing a wonderful job to make you feel welcome, keep an eye on you when you are struggled and give you discreet useful advises.

The steak course is fantastic! Fran was brilliant, I learnt so much about the different cuts, great tips on how to avoid overcooking them and wow I didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! Would very much recommend it and can't wait to sign up to the next.

I attended the pasta making course this week. I learnt a lot from the practical help given, as well as passed on knowledge and tips from Carla the chef and teacher. Thoroughly enjoyable and I no longer feel too scared to open our pasta making machine, which has lain dormant for 11 years up until now! I'm keen to attend more courses on the back of this one.

Nice small group learning how to make macaroons under the watchful eye of Carla and Adam.
I enjoyed the evening and realise my learning curve is steep!
Good chance to sit and ask questions over nice glass wine as second batch cooked. Will have another go later in week.

Popped into the Chiswick shop yesterday to get some smoking chips for the BGE. As always had fantastic service which makes shopping there a pleasure. Spoke with one of the staff and got some good advice, he also, whilst I was browsing printed out a recipe to go with the short ribs I was cooking that afternoon. Lovely service and will be back.

The class has been great. Not only did we cook a delicious meal that I have been able to replicate at home, but also I have learned some very good skills that I will be able to use. Great experience, I would very much recommend and will certainly be back for another class.
