Have lived in Chiswick since before this place opened. Went in there for the first time this week for a Hermes drop-off. Unlike a previous reviewer, I was in and out in a couple of minutes with no problems at all. The parcel was delivered precisely to the promised schedule. And the man who served me was perfectly polite and friendly.

Just came in to drop off an Evri return and the gentleman was fast, friendly, helpful and polite. I was a bit apprehensive about the previous reviews but it certainly wasn't my experience here.

Never had an issues here, always open, always friendly. What else do you need.

Usually use this store for Amazon returns and it's previously all gone smoothly. However, this time the cashier has told me he can't take a parcel 'because of the size being 110cm'. Stating Evri drivers do not take anything over 100cm.

This turned out to be completely untrue as I have looked at the small print and it is actually 120cm. Cashier refused to even allow a driver to attempt to take this or relook at the policy, if he did he would have seen he is incorrect.

I advised this is the same package it was delivered in and the instructions for return are to take it to an Evri store, which I did.

Cashier refused and I had to take this same parcel to another Evri store which accepted it without issue.

Unreliable drop off point for DPD and Evri (was Hermes). Too often the machines are down or the systems aren’t working and you end up taking your parcel home again. No sense of taking responsibility for offering a reliable service. Ideally you could ring to check if the drop off system is working. But of course they don’t answer the phone. Time to ask DPD to do a performance review of this store and find an alternative provider - this one is damaging their brand.

It should be zero stars. This shop is identified by Amazon and Evri as one of those offering packageless return. However, when you get there, they say that you need a box/envelope. It's not about the box/envelope, it's a matter of principle and I don't think it's right. I'm sure they get paid more as they (in theory) "should provide" a package.

I went for an Amazon return but they just refused my package because is too big and honestly I don't know what is the meaning of that. If you offer collection you take the package. Simple. I've tried to ask for a favour because I was with a rented car taken specifically to carry the package but nothing change. They should probably stop offering this service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Both individuals running the place are exceptionally rude, unwilling to help and do not comply with Hermes' package size information. One of the owners even told me that this is the case! I had to take a taxi to drop-off the parcel I wanted to ship and they did not accept it, claiming that it is "too big" despite it being within the acceptable dimensions. Never opt to use this shop for Hermes services; in fact, don't use this shop at all.

This is a rubbish store They do not comply with the Hermes return rules. I went there twice and eventually both times had to return it through another store. The owners rudeness is beyond belief. I would rather give them a negative 5/maximum rather than any "star"!! Experience there was a joke,

Do not use this place for a drop off point for hermes. Had a terrible experience with drop off, so much so, that I had to come to google google and leave a review. The guy refused to take the parcel citing unreasonable excuses. I hope the pickup experience is better, but with the kind of experience, I doubt.

Can't get my parcel from this place even with all invoice, id. There is a difference between being responsible and being difficult and unreasonable, unfortunately this place falls on the second category. They did not hold your item till the date you were notified on your myherms messages, they sent it back 2 days early than the date they say will hold for you in my case. Unacceptable service and difficult people to work with.

I would give them 0 he is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been going to the express food and wine to use evri service. My daughter went to the store and he screamed at her and when I went to speak to him he did not apologise and instead he raised his voice and he was saying if you are not happy don’t come to my shop, he is really nasty and rude.

Did not accept the return package, claiming hermes doesn't pick up big sized packages, even though it was picked up by hermes from other store nearby the next day. It's futile to expect any help from the owner.
