Premier Inn London City (Old Street) hotel

Just 5*? It is a shame to not give it more. Stunning staff, amazing venue well maintained, breakfast super good. Walking distance from Old Street underground and in a super safe zone. You need to ask to let them clean the room as per Premier Inn policy. We haven't tried the restaurant but they gave us to have a meal deal.
Affordable price compare to a lot of hotel central located.

I stopped here with my family for three nights. There were six of us so we had to book two rooms. Double bed and a single bed. They were great hosts over the London Marathon 🇬🇧 💂 🇬🇧 weekend.
Breakfast was good. And we had dinner here after the marathon (I was starving) and the food and service was spot on.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had the odd issue in our room and maintenance fixed the issues straight away.

The location of the hotel is 5 minutes from the Old Street tube station. Plenty of restaurants and food outlets, some bars also. Great location.

WiFi in the room was good.

The free bath bomb after the race was really needed and I enjoyed a nice warm bath 🛁 great 💯

We never leave reviews but the staff here were absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Especially Daria who was so attentive to our little boy! You made his weekend with the gold medal you gave to him! She deserves a promotion! We will 100% be back. Thank you for everything.

Good hotel. Warm, friendly with a home from home vibe. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Staff across the board are helpful and kind as long as you're equally kind to them. Rooms are clean and housekeeping do their best to spruce up rooms daily where needed. Dinner is good and portions are decent) Great location especially for bars, restaurants and transport links with a few historic tourist spots about the area as it's close to the "City of London". Perfect for a diverse group of visitors on business and pleasure.

My students and I have recently come back from London where we have had the best experience ever. We have stayed at Premier Inn London City Old Street for 5 days where not only was the staff kind, friendly and welcoming, but the building itself was lovely.
I will definitely book this same hotel in the future.

Really good location with old street tube station a 4 min walk away and lots to do in the area. Room was a good size with everything you need for a short stay. Staff were great, very helpful and welcoming. Easy check in and check out and the breakfast was good value with a very good selection of food and was tasty. Rooms have a hdmi connector in the wall for the TV which made it easy to add fire stick for amazon prime / netflix / etc. Rooms also come with tea and coffee with more available from reception if you run out. Rooms have temperature control too so was a nice, comfortable nights sleep.

Nice place to stay with nice clean rooms. Not a lot in the local area for kids mostly bars and pubs. Everything else is a train or bus ride away though.

Short in London. Ideal place to stay, close to the tube station. Lovely room, very clean, comfy beds, great shower. Great breakfast, helpful staff, lovely place to stay. Close to local eateries, supermarkets, etc

We were really tired and we had a long day. We asked for extra milk as our baby was very cold and tired. Receptionist was Karia I believe and she was very fast and impolite. The day after we had breakfast and Aden and Alex were amazing they made us feel well and they were very very nice to all of us. Thank you very much and thanks for the chocolates in our room. Room was clean and tidy.

Booked the Premier Inn for a couple nights layover when traveling and the original aim was to book a bed and in a good location, and that's exactly what we got. The room is basic, and probably needs a refrigerator as there wasn't one but the bed was comfy and the location is excellent for traveling the city. You can get buses from right out the front and they'll take you down to the river or to Liverpool Street station. There are some really cool bars in the area too. For cheap drinks head to the Whiterspoons around the corner or for something a bit cooler there is a great record bar up the road. I would recommend getting the breakfast too, it's great value and was worth the 12 pound. Either way, if you are staying more than 2 days get the upgraded rooms if not, you won't be disappointed with the value here.

Never stayed here before but I will be back. Very reasonable price, great location, near to lots of trendy eateries and bars plus the tube. Service was spot on and staff really helpful. Room clean, quiet and roomy. What more could you ask for?

We've stayed at a few Premier Inns and so we pretty much knew what we were getting.

We requested, and were given, a room not too high up which was clean and tidy.

All the usual amenities: kettle, selection of beverages, hair dryer, TV, etc.

Notably the shower was piping hot and the bed was very comfortable. It's rare I sleep well on the first night.

Staff were friendly and very helpful when we used up all the milk in the room, supplying us with a jug of the stuff from the bar.

Fairly cheap for London though it's a little way out of the touristy bits. However.....

Old Street station (Northern Line) is only a few minutes walk away or there's a bus stop just outside the inn.

Would recommend this hotel. It is in a quiet location but very close to tube for getting around.

The restaurants was very busy , but Alex and Azeb were fantastic. I had the best breakfast with my family! Thank you guys for your amazing service!
