Absolutely love this place. It’s a real step up from a in and out “nail bar”. The staff there are absolutely lovely and little touches make such a difference. The pedicures are fabulous and the staff are very attentive. Perfect for a “treat” experience.

Absolutely lovely staff and service. Unfortunately I have seen an online influencer called LDNmumfitness has been leading a bit of a campaign online sullying their name. Please do not listen to her. She is a know grifter by the name of S***h C****s, she will try and get everything for free and if she doesn't then she will publicly bad mouth the company. Honestly, these guys are absolutely fantastic. Please don't listen to Sarah Campus (aka S****h j****i) she's an absolutely awful person.

Great experience, very nice staff, clean and nicely decorated environment, drinks and treats provided. It was my mums first time having pedicure and she was very pleased with the whole experience and her technician. Definitely recommend

I love this nail salon, the staff are always lovely and the nails are completed to a very high standard be it regular paint, shellac or acrylics

Lovely French gel manicure done with great expertise. Also fixed a nail with gel tip so it looked like new. She (Italian lady whose name I didn't catch took great care to give me a great result. Highly recommended

Very good local nails shop. I prefer Meraki, because it’s clean, they have great people to handle my nails wells + I can always get my eye brows done while doing nails. Perfect local spot

Highly recommend this salon and will definitely come back. They take very good care of you. Clean and very comfortable. They’re efficient but you don’t feel at all rushed like in other places.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ve been there on numerous occasions with my baby girl and they have been incredible. So attentive and warm. It’s always tricky getting nails done whilst holding a baby but they are super flexible and patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great quality nails and lovely staff and owner.

I do my nails here whenever I decide to get them done and the staff are always very pleasant and do a great job. I brought my daughter as a treat for her birthday and they made her feel extra special.

Fabulous Nail Spa! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Staff. Love the elegance of the decor and pedi chairs. I immediately sat down for my appointment and was offered coffee, tea or champagne. I also received a macaroon with my choice drink which I thought was a cute touch.
I appreciate the pricing menu displayed so that I know I'm being charged the same as most pay and every time I return.
Tea was my nail technician and she is a master! I absolutely LOVE my gel nail extensions (hard gel full set+shellac) and her attention to detail gave me the perfect set and exactly to my asking. My meraki pedicure was wonderful! The paraffin wax is a must have for me so I'm thrilled Meraki offers it as part of services for feet and hands. I finally found my Nail Spa during my time here in London. Thank you Meraki Staff and Tea for your high standards of service. It was noticed and I'll be returning. Cheers!

I love this nail salon. The atmosphere and decoration is lovely and relaxing. The staff are very polite and always do my nails to a very high standard. They have a very good range of nail polish. I am always offered a drink with a delicious biscuit. They are the best in Chiswick. I am very impressed with the service . I would highly recommend a manicure and pedicure.

Had a pedicure this afternoon with my wife. This place definitely lives up to it’s name. The staff put soul and heart into their work. It was such a relaxing experience. Lovely ambience. Had my nails done there today- it was by far the best nail/beauty salon experience I have ever had! Everything was so clean and the salon itself is beautiful. The ladies there are lovely and so welcoming! Alexandra did my nails and I would 100% both her and the salon!

Lovely salon, with friendly staff taking all the required precautions to protect clients. It was a very safe and hygienic place. To top it off, the best mani & pedi I have ever had. Simply amazing!

If I could give the team at Meraki 6 stars I would. Coming here is the most serene, tranquil, pampering experience. The mani and pedi’s are so well done and the ladies are just so incredibly lovely. The wax pedicure is also exceptional! I’m so glad I found this place and will now only be going to Meraki. And I’ve tried a lot of the high road alternatives!
