Paxton Veterinary Clinics

I found Paxton vets for my 2 bunny rabbits after moving from the USA to France to the UK.

It is very hard to find experienced rabbit veterinarians (especially in a new country). But Paxton Vets treat them so well, with such gentle kindness and always listen intently to my concerns so I feel heard and understood. They are clearly knowledgeable with rabbits and I trust them.

Whenever I have a question the vet herself gets back to me (same day) via email with the answers I need, suggestions, etc.

My first time at this vets and I was very pleased with the service and the vet “Anna” who dealt with my dogs tail in injury. I was nervous about changing from my old vets, but now I’m very confident and will be happy to return when needed. I highly recommend Paxton veterinary clinic gipsy road.

Reception are always really helpful on arranging appointments and passing on messages & huge shout out to Arrassi the vet who saved my cat! I had taken him to 5 appointments at a previous vet to help solve his fur loss and excessive cleaning problem to no avail, finally I decided to change vet. Arrassi truly listened, cared and helped come up with a solution which worked. My cat is back to normal :) She also considered my financial situation as well as my cats long term health (ie side effects of certain treatments) which I appreciate.

Really friendly staff who will be open and honest. Gentle and caring to both pets and us as owners. Thank you all.

The two vets (Patricia and another lady) who treated my Cat Sox on 2 separate occasions were very professional and caring. This is a great Vet surgery!

Had a very helpful first visit with my new cat. The clinic made us feel very welcome as soon as we walked in. I left feeling that my little cat will be well looked after if there is anything wrong with him in the future.

Paxton Vets always have time for you either on the phone, in the reception area or in the treatment room. You are made to feel welcome and reassured and everything is thoroughly explained. Having a sick animal is always worrying but Paxton Vets is a good place to be in such circumstances.

I love Anna and Pru! They go above and beyond with my two rabbits and myself. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to rabbits, which is not easy to find and I am grateful for the time they spend with us ensuring they are in good health. I visited Paxton vet with my 5 month old puppy after not really getting a good experience from my previous vet. From the point of arrival we were both welcomed warmly. The receptionist asked if she could give him a treat which I appreciated over assumptions. The vet consultation was really thorough and I really felt that all my concerns were listened to and advice given on return. The vet was very gentle with my puppy and didn't push when he started becoming stressed. All in all a much better experience than I've previously had and I'll definitely use Paxton in the future.

Good service and they very caring handling my dog Bella for her treatment. Being a big dog she can can be handful but they were worth more than able to to rise to the challenge!

The vet was confident and comfortable with my cat and we had a lengthy appointment time, with no rush, for our first visit. Very knowledgeable and explained possible causes and treatments for a long-running ear issue.

I took my cat here as I wasn't happy with my previous vets, as result of an emergency accident. The staff were all kind and caring. Dealt promptly with my emergency, and excellent follow up care. I definitely recommend this practice

The vet was very kind, knowledgable, explained clearly of our next steps, and helped us understand the issue. I felt that my cat is in safe hands and I'm happy to say that this will be our new go-to place for any issues. They so have a cute cat assisting😅
