Title: Disappointed with Price Discrepancy

I recently had to revise my initial review of this shop due to a disappointing revelation. Initially, I was pleased to discover that they started stocking the cigars I enjoy. However, upon further investigation, I realized that this shop is selling the cigars at a significantly higher price compared to other shops in the local neighborhood.

I was taken aback by this price discrepancy, as it felt like a breach of trust and a disservice to their loyal customers. It is disheartening to see a business engage in such underhanded practices, especially when it involves regular customers who have supported them in the past.

Paying £2 more for the same product is not only unnecessary but also leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. As a consumer, I value fairness and transparency, and unfortunately, this shop fell short in both aspects. It is important for anyone considering purchasing items from this shop on a regular basis to be aware of the price difference and to explore other options in the neighborhood.

I feel let down by this experience, as I had initially held a positive opinion of this shop. However, their decision to overcharge for products has greatly diminished my trust and willingness to continue doing business with them. I hope that they reconsider their pricing strategy and prioritize the satisfaction and loyalty of their customers moving forward.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this shop to others due to their unfair pricing practices. It is essential for consumers to be vigilant and compare prices elsewhere before making a purchase. Awful staff. When I walked in and asked to collect a parcel, he stood still and looked at me with a total blank stare. I had to say it a few more times then when he was at the counter just did nothing and stared at me for a good minute with me saying 10 times I’m collecting an InPost parcel. He didn’t say a word and stared at me. I thought maybe he couldn’t understand me at first but then he started speaking just fine and asked for my name which I had to repeat about 5 times. I finally got my parcel but not without a fight. Really frustrating interaction. Genuinely puzzled.

Avoid this shop, please don't go there. Wish if i can give a zero or negative. Awful staff. Went to drop off a parcel, the staff didn't accept the package, was rude and pathetic. Went to Budgens instead and they were amazing.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS.
Very rude staff/ owner. Went to collect an Amazon parcel - first time ever doing a collection. The shop keeper was very belittling when I didn’t have the code send by Amazon. Rather than telling me that code should be on the app because as he said “ he does this everyday and he know exactly whats needed” ( being the code) instead he started shouting and yelling that he has better things to do, that he will not give the parcel that I have to call Amazon and I was wasting his time as I couldn’t find the code. At this point I’m shaking in anger and humiliation. He even refused to check if the name was there to check I am in the right shop. Constantly screaming at me at the top of his lungs to the point his voice started breaking. Totally and utterly discussed by the way I was treated. I was left shaken up, distraught and very upset. PLEASE DONT GO THERE!!!!

Such bad behaviour with customers
I was on the line, he told me to wait until all customers are served, and when there were no more on the line, he said: there are more customers?
And then he told me to look for barcode, and I had to wait for longer, he served more customers and then he was looking for my package and waited for more and asking for my id again and waited longer…I thought I’m gonna go crazy

Went in shop today and to be honest he needs to be shut down to much out of date stock and out of date food with mould on and still selling it and refused a refund when spoken to about it and was rude
