All the staff at Medivet Dulwich are so friendly and helpful. The practice has a welcoming atmosphere and I always feel that my cats are in very safe hands and are being well cared for while there.

The vet and nurses treated my dog so nice and kind. Even he was a little bit grumpy taking the vacine, the vet tried her best to finish them all on him.

Professional and genuinely caring team, we are very happy with this practice. Our big dog has always been seen on a short notice and the cause of all issues reported found and treated right away. From regular common problems to also a more serious surgery with a referral to a specific external surgery. All the team is super nice and kind but in particular the vet Inga is really good and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this veterinary practice

Excellent service. Managed to get a slot same day and the vet was so understanding and took her time to get to know my pet in order to examine her. Would definitely recommend.

Caring vets and Any the veterinary nurse is fantastic with all animals, especially stressed cats.

We've been using this vet for several years and have always had excellent care for our cats. The staff are friendly and helpful and the fact that it is part of a group of vet centres has meant that it has been very easy to continue our pets' care after a recent house move. It is handy that we can usually park directly outside this particular location.

The lady vet that saw my boy was amazing, I have a very fearful and reactive husky and she had him calm and happy and was able to pet him and check him over with no help from me. She was calm and took her time with him. I am amazed it went so well and will absolutely be using this vet surgery from now on. All of the staff were so good and gave my boy the space and time he needed to feel safe and comfortable which is all I wanted for him. I would recommend this vet practice to anyone.

The vets are all very kind and really loving towards my cats. When I hav had to leave the cats in for treatment they are always really well cared for. The service is very personal and they really take time with each animal.
The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I feel my cats are in very safe hands.
The monthly payment scheme is great to spread the costs of the vaccinations, health checks and flea and worming treatments.
When I had to use the emergency Beckenham vet they were also absolutely amazing and so patient despite it being the early hours of the morning and really went to a lot of trouble to find that my cat had a long blade of grass stuck at the back of his throat going down into his windpipe causing him to constantly wretch. The vet quickly removed it under sedation and he was fine straight after.
They also help with all insurance claims quickly and easily.

The vet, Katya, is so caring and puts my dog so at ease. The nurses were all lovely and I felt very confident that my dog who was having a major operation was in safe and caring hands. On picking up my dog, his aftercare and medication was carefully explained with many invitations to ring if I'm concerned about anything. There was even a leaflet on what to expect and what to do in various scenarios. I feel very safe and supported. I think an appointment 3 days later to check on my dog is such a good idea so I'm grateful the vet will check him over in a few days. My dog is doing very well and slowly feeling better. Thank you so much Medivet! Ps I'm always impressed with EVERY visit by the caring and gentle staff.

The staff were very friendly and kind to my dog and looked after her well for her first nail clipping experience. She gets very over-stimulated by all the smells in vet surgeries but they were so accommodating and kept her relatively calm.

May I just say how amazing they are. Great service, friendly reception. My cat Kitty died and I am really happy I chose Medivet to cremate her. Although this is a very sad occasion, I now have a great memory and the quality of the casket is amazing. The service was speedy and they were really understanding.

Professional, friendly place. I would like to highlight Vet Mrs Inga, she is very knowledgeable, dedicated, professional and polite. She very quickly found the reason of our kitten nasty allergic infection caused by the flea bites. She talked us through the entire treatment procedure. At the end she provided clear receipt with the cost of each item, very professional.
