Thank you for an excellent service. From the outset on meeting Russell I felt we were in good hands, brilliant advice, great local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Russell was very proud of his team and so he should be. I dealt at some point with everyone in team and every single one of them were professional and prompt. Selling my Dad's house was clearly a team effort. Dean was the sales person who I dealt with the most and he went way above and beyond in chasing everything down and keeping me informed. Highly recommend them.

I rented out my property with Misty she has a lovely team . James was also very helpful doing the viewings to ensure we had the right tenant's in . They were very professional throughout the whole process giving me updates on what was going on.
Misty is lovely and very passionate about her work and this really shows on her team.
I will definitely be using Sinclair Hamilton again as was very happy with Misty And her team.

I am only sad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Katie & Megan whom I dealt with November of last year when I rented my flat out in Bromley (Widmore Road). With our wedding actually only being able to take place this year things got a tad busy!

I was incredibly nervous about renting my flat out post an awful experience with another agency for the rental of my Mum's, but Katie whom I met with first, immediately put me at ease as she went through the entire process with me.

Both Katie and subsequently Megan too, guided me carefully through the whole process and needless to say my flat was rented out for the price that I was looking for after the first viewing. The official pictures had not even been taken at that stage!!

I took the one year rent option which meant that I was sorted for the year without any worries and supported through the paperwork from end to end.

Aside from the amazing service, they were incredibly lovely to deal with and I noted their kindness and honest approach.

Over the last 8 years we have had to rent a number of properties from student Lettings to accommodation that supports working in central London and to say it has been challenging is an understatement but Charlene was so professional and it felt like she really cared and wanted to really help us find a home( not all letting agents do this as you are just another tenant to them). Sinclair Hammelton are absolutely fantastic! I had such a great experience when selling my house with Emilia from the Petts Wood branch, as she was persistent (without being annoying!), tenacious and really works hard for her clients. She managed to sell our house before it had hit the open market - at over the asking price! After selling our house, Emilia knew we were staying with family whilst looking to purchase our long-term residential home. We had quite a few boxes to tick and so we're taking our time to find the right place. Emilia contacted me a couple of months after selling our house to tell me she'd moved to the Bromley branch of Sinclair Hammelton. This was good news for us as it covered the area we were looking to buy in. Emilia knew what was important to us in our onward purchase and believed she had found the perfect house for us - but it was out of our budget! Emilia was so persistent in trying to convince us to view the property, but we were reluctant to do so as we knew we couldn't stretch to anywhere near the asking price. We finally went to see it and knew Emilia was right - this was THE house! Emilia worked with us and the seller to try to get it to within our budget, and our offer was accepted! We had certain deadlines we needed to hit for exchange and completion, and things were ticking along fine until Emilia dropped the bombshell that she was leaving Sinclair Hammelton! Emilia assured us that her branch manager Luke had all of the relevant information and would do just what we needed. True to her word, Luke was brilliant. He understood our needs, and worked with us to get what we needed. I would recommend Luke and his team in a heartbeat as they truly understand how to work with a customer, understand their needs and make sure they are met! Even upon completion of our new home, I had my two young children in the car and Dean came to my meet me at my car in the pouring rain to give me the house keys! It's the small things that matter as these are the things that set aside this fantastic estate agent from any other. Emilia, Luke, Dean and the rest of the team at Bromley Sinclair Hammelton are so good at what they do - don't bother going anywhere else!

When we first put our house on the market we had all kinds of problems, in fact we dismissed the first agent after one month, then we instructed an online estate agent, no end of problems. Then Russell came to see us, he seemed a lot more enthusiastic and called round again and said he could sell it within a week. After a couple of days discussing it, we rang and said we’d take him up on his offer, needless to say, it was sold in a weekend! We were then passed on to Jak, who I have to say, had a bit of a nightmare few weeks sorting things out. But his patience shone through and we can’t thank him enough for his professional and calming attitude, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sinclair Hamilton to anyone

Sinclair Hammelton have always been excellent to work with over the years I have bought and rented property. They know the area well and have built up a knowledge and understanding of the market and importantly it's people. They are excellent negotiators, achieving the right price for both seller and buyer. Sounds obvious, but this is really important in making sure a sale is successful and doesn't break up. Inevitably the UK conveyancing process brings about its own challenges and this is where it counts.
When it came to selling our family home they were top of my list.
They achieved the right price for our sale and helped everyone in a complex chain over several months as we relocated to a different part of the country.
Added to their expertise they are also nice people. Both management and team there are super supportive of the local schools and community and this is what establishes them as such a strong player in an increasingly corporate market.
I would recommend them as your 1st choice of agent, if not that then speak to Luke, Matt or Natalie and see the comparison for yourself.

Always willing to take phone calls during the lengthy process to reach exchange . When we were feeling frustrated and disheartened they did not give up and kept positive until we got over the finish line.

I have been a landlord for many years and was quite unhappy with my current agent. I happened to walk into the Bromley lettings office one day where I met Katie and her team. Katie was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns and offered to take over my current tenancy with the other agent. Since then I have never looked back and I am now considering buy more properties to let out. Best decision I have made for sure! I recommend Sinclair Hammelton Lettings to any landlord considering changing agents or simply looking to rent a property for the first time.

We hadn't quite got our house on the market and we went to view a property to essentially rule out that style of house. However, rather than ruling it out we agreed that it suited our needs, location and size requirements better than we thought it possibly could.
Our house eventually made it to market and within 2 days we'd accepted an offer and the rest is history.
