I have ordered three products from Troll Trader. On the first two occasions, the items were delivered promptly, packed well, and with good communication. On the third occasion, I needed to cancel my item (due to personal buyer's remorse rather than any issue with the company) and they refunded me politely and professionally.

Absolutely awesome shop with a great range of gaming products and games, the staff lead by Erik are great and very helpful and above all friendly and approachable if needed, the gaming zone and events area is well organised and looked after, having attended various Pokemon events with my son i can say happily that i have never heard any bad language or abuse at any time which for a shop that caters for all ages is brilliant.

Taking my son there on Sundays for Pokemon and myself on Thursdays for x-wing. Nice place, really friendly staff, great to have a gaming space available to us in Bromley

What an awesome store!
I visited on a Thursday not long after they opened so it was quiet, but the guy in store was great and talkative and the store itself has an awesome selection for all your hobby needs!
