Located inside Hamleys, was busy but worth the wait. Staff were brilliant with my daughter for her birthday and she's eagerly awaiting our next visit!

Had literally the best experience going here, the girl who was stuffing my plush was super nice and we had a lovely conversation, she even helped me rope my partner into putting a second heart into my plushie :))

They are really nice, about a 10 minute queue for the bear to get filled they have an extensive amount of clothing and accessories, they also have exclusive London and hamlets toys store outfits!!!

We were served by Ryan (I think! Apologies if I’ve got your name incorrect) who was an absolute credit to the store. He served us a green frog for our daughter just before you closed a week ago and went above and beyond to make our experience a happy one. We left the store praising him and his excellent customer service, and hope that he gets the recognition he deserves from upper management! We guessed he might be a supervisor or a manager from his leadership, but if he isn’t yet, he deserves a promotion!

All staff were friendly and welcoming, and everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Worth a visit :)

Before I start i apologize for my name. Today (august 4th 2022) around 10:30, me and my best friend went to Build-A-Bear at this location. We were amazed by all of the items. When we got in line for stuffing we were looking at the soundtrack insert, visibly confused. Georgia came up to us and helped us through every step of the way, answering all of our questions. She was so kind and gave us all of her attention, while also doing a wonderful job at her work. She was involved with us, gave us facts, treated us with respect and anything else good. Honestly she made the experience so much better for me and my friend. Please give Georgia a raise, she deserves it. Thank you so much for this memory Georgia!

Incredibly kind lady, just a lovely experience loved to do that bear. However the lady at the selling point tried hard to make us buy other details like a passeport a bag etc. Part of her work I guess.

Took my son to the build a bear in Hamleys today to get his 2nd Birthday Bear as we got one last year for his 1st Birthday we are going to start a family tradition.

As we approached we were greeted by a fantastic young man called Josh who spent 10-15 minutes assisting us, he was fantastic with all of us but particularly our son during the entire process.

He was happy to show us the different options with regards to outfits etc. He reprinted the “Birth Certificate” as he spotted there was a smudge on it, And even offered advice on the pros and cons of using either a box or a bag taking into account our plans for the rest of the day.

I don’t often take the time to write online reviews but felt on this occasion compelled to do so. This was a great way for us to start our special day out to London for our son so thank you Josh

Always a great experience! The staff is friendly and really helpful, they don't have much, but at the same time it's enough to chose from

The employees are energetic and very into their characters. It really provides a very authentic experience for the children. Also, the prices for an actual brand name customized bear aren't as terrifying as I thought.
All in all, I find it the perfect place to get a cute valentine's present for a significant other and a terrific place for kids. One note is that as the bears are stuffed in real time the queues can be long, so if you have young ones 'bear' in mind to bring some entertainment for them

What a amazing beautiful people who work there my daughter has ASD and can take her time and get overwhelmed the lady was so helpful and kind and let her take her time . The lady name was precious. This was our first time in build-a -bear and I will definitely come back one happy daughter
