I had a great experience with Countrywide - Elizabeth who I worked closest was amazing, really responsive and really on it to make my house buying as smooth as possible. Harriet was also great and super helpful, definitely recommend countrywide if you're looking to buy your first home.

People avoid this company. Never ever get a deal or any type of business where countrywide is involved. Thus company operates shady business practices. They give me wring type of contract to avoid protecting my deposit. This is how they broke the law and I can't wait to take them to court so they could admit guilt and everyone to see and learn about everything wrong countrywild did to me personally and probably many other people including my current employer

No response in critical situations, no regard and care for their customers. Think twice before renting with them - you are highly likely to have frustrating experiences. i have been waiting for more than 1 year (!) for a roof repair.

Great while you are a tenant, hands down to that. Once you leave the property it's a pain to return a deposit that has been authorised by the landlord over a month ago. No updates, don't reply to emails, just keep ignoring you... Your business is not to ignore people until they give up on THEIR money, have some honour please

After the owner's agreement to receive the deposit back is a whole story with which I still postpone I already have 3 weeks and still waiting.
I left pictures to the agent with what defects were in the house, they did not implement them in the computer.
Pay close attention to inventory.

Deceitful bunch, management & training issues. Just save yourself the pain and use another company.
