All was good with my experiences. It's like every other Argos, you have many booklets in the store, the staff are quick at what they do so unless they are super busy you don't wait too long to get your order.

Couldn’t get the staff members name however he was of asian background and was working during 17.00pm on 12.8.21 at the collection point in the Croydon store.

I went to pick up an eBay order just now and lovely lad called James came to serve me. I was impressed with his level of customer service and would say he's an asset to Argos. It's workers like him who make customers walk away from the store happy.

As far as I'm concerned, this is without any doubt the flagship of how all Argos stores should operate to customers. Keisha, Jojo, Donald and Earl where the staff members on duty when I was in store, I actually asked for all there names to make sure that I was able to write my comments to mention how friendly and professional was the service that they provided. I can only assume this is down to fantastic management. If I was to win the £500 prize competition, I would like to give the winnings to the above mentioned, they truly deserve it. Well done Church Street Argos!

Ordering from the self service kiosk is fast. Not much need to que. If you get a voucher make sure to spend it quick as they don't tell you they expire otherwise it's Argos so good .

With the whole Covid-19 guidelines, every member of staff explained clear directions. The store is huge which helps keep social distancing but I honestly felt like a VIP with the service.

Great store! The staff is amazingly helpful, they will always tell you when you really need to buy something or not. I bought all building materials from here and everything was fine, at great price too!

I've shopped here many times over the years and always had a positive experience.

Wanted to shout out for Donald who was behind the tills and really preservered to allow me to use my gift card as it wasn't working on loads of till and swipe machines but we got there in the end due to his determination

Argos has always been amazing and especially now that they do same day delivery for a decent price as well and also there return policy is amazing and they have lots of choices and great customer service. Great finance and no pressure
The stores are great and there finance is great as well buy anything pay later with no pressure have been using them for more then a year now and just love it.
