Time Out

I remember Time Out from the 2003s when I wanted to check Poetry events so joined their MySpace page in 2006 when I started blogging my poems and photography.

I just received a copy from a distributor so I'll see what's happening around London at the moment.

It's always been good at detailing events and giving information about quirky festivities and food for the month.

Just to add, this magazine is one of my gems (reviews) for listing quirky and most visited places and good food like the Jazz club in Oxford Street and unusual restaurants in the West End.

I just glimpsed the most recent reviews and it's received 1 star which is unusual.

It seems to be with reference to trips/outings which the events companies are responsible for organising.

However, I usually refer to Time Out if I want to see what's happening in the City to give me an idea of places to visit (the list is in one place whereas doing a search means clicking on several tabs on my phone - not practical when deciding where to take groups at the last moment).

Overall, a convenient list of things to do in the city to refer to if a planned trip doesn't turn out as hoped. As regards special offers from the magazine, the way the trip or event was organised is the responsibility of the company offering the special deal/s.

I work very closely with the HR and Tech team at Time Out and they're all great to work with.

As a recruiter, I have placed several candidates with them and they have nothing but good words to say.
