I got an engagement ring made for my partner and she loved it!
Emily Gilham was our designer and she was so quick to create amazing designs. She was really engaging and made us feel comfortable/confident during the process.

Harriet designed my engagement ring 21 years ago. When I was looking for someone to redesign some old diamonds for me the Google search brought up her name, so it was a no brainer. I booked an appointment at the London shop and met the lovely Emily.

I can't thank you enough for the outstanding work that has gone into making my new ring from old memories! From start to finish the whole experience has been amazing and Emily has kept me updated at every step along the way.

I'm absolutely beyond delighted with my new ring and can't believe that the pencil sketch you did back in November is now sitting on my finger. I'll treasure it for the rest of my life.

My husband and I had the most incredible experience with Harriet Kelsall as they designed a beautiful ring to celebrate the birth of our first son. From the moment we walked through the door, Deborah and Tom made us feel like family – their warmth and enthusiasm were contagious.

What truly sets them apart is their ability to translate ideas into reality. I had a vague concept in mind, something inspired by our son's birthstone and love of the natural world. Deborah and Tom listened, asked insightful questions, and brought forth sketches that captured the essence of what we imagined.

Their attention to detail is remarkable! The craftsmanship of the final piece is flawless. They communicated with us every step of the way, making sure we were thrilled with the progress. A special experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Emily and Deborah, who designed new rings out of gifted family pieces that did not suit my taste.

I was so nervous as 2 of the rings I had been holding onto for 25 years unsure, and slightly embarrassed, about what to do with them.

From the start we felt at ease and reassured that it was more than okay to reuse the stones and the gold to make 3 new bespoke pieces. We also had a delicate gold necklace added to a gifted opal pendant and the gold matched perfectly.

I had a costume jewellery ring as an inspiration for 1 ring Emily designed an even more gorgeous new ring, the 2nd ring was a fresh design to be different to the first one and my partner also had a ring created using the design of my Grandmother's wedding ring.

The drawings created were accurate and detailed meaning I knew exactly what they would look like once finished.

Throughout the whole process Emily and Deborah's communication was timely and detailed as required, even obtaining a sneak peak with the CAD drawings.

When the rings were ready for collection we were rather excited and they were beautiful. Each ring was different and exactly as had been designed and envisaged.

Those years of wondering what to do and now having rings and a necklace that I wear - my only regret is I wish I had found Harriet Kelsall Jewellery years earlier!

I contacted HK Jewellery to design and craft a bespoke engagement for my girlfriend.
From the initial design consultation all the way through to asking the question Tom and his team were there with a solution for everything. The design was exactly what I wanted (but couldn't put into words) and the craftsmanship is beautiful.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience creating my engagement ring with Emily and Deborah at Harriet Kelsall. My partner proposed with a family heirloom and I wanted to combine this with a ring gifted by my late grandma to keep everyone with me. After much consideration and shopping around Farringdon and not finding anything that stood out to us we went to Harriet Kelsall to design us a custom engagement ring. We'd heard from friends that they had great experiences working with them.

We booked an initial consultation with Danique, who after a chat and looking through several references that I had brought with me we had a discussion of inspiration and ideas. She sketched a beautiful design for my engagement ring right in front of us, making changes as we talked. Her design encompassed all the best traits of what I was looking for.

I chose Harriet Kelsall London to design an engagement ring for my now fiancée after lots of research online into bespoke jewellers in London. I could not be happier with my choice!

Tom and the team at the London studio instantly made me feel so welcome and comfortable, with tea and coffee and nothing but care and attention. We sat down twice in the design process to draw up plans for the ring and the finished product was EXACTLY what I was hoping for! Credit to Tom’s amazing design skills and the craftsmanship of all those at the workshop turning design into reality. My fiancée LOVES her ring and I love knowing that it is designed just for her and carries much more meaning than if I’d bought something off the shelf.

We loved working with Emily and the team at the Primrose Hill studio. They helped us redesign some family jewellery to make the most perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. When arthritis prevented me from wearing my wedding ring, I contacted Tom at Harriet Kelsall Primrose Hill. He carefully cut off my ring and designed a lovely interlinked ring necklace to be made from it. Rachel has done a lovely job, and the rings are engraved with my and my husband’s names. I’m delighted with my “wedding necklace” and look forward to wearing it.

I went to Harriet Kelsall to design my wedding ring after following them for many years on Instagram! I always knew I wanted to design my ring here. On the first visit we met Danique and discussed some ideas for the design. Danique is incredibly talented and I was amazed by how she firstly sketched out my engagement ring and then an initial design for my wedding ring. It looked amazing. We left that day and I reflected on the design but something didn’t quite sit right, so we had another session and Danique was brilliant at helping me get to the design I loved and was so generous with her time. I was thrilled with the final design and after waiting several weeks (the only down side haha but that’s what you get when you go bespoke) I had my dream ring. Thank you so much to Danique and the team that brought it to life.

From the beginning Emily, her assistant Deborah and the team have been supportive, attentive and determined to realise the design I had in mind.
