Excellent service - thank you to the older gentleman that helped me find all my bathroom essentials. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, kind and efficient person to assist me. With such great service and so much to choose from (very deceiving from the outside, the store has everything you could want) I will certainly be back. A "really useful" hardware shop amongst the ever increasing number of cafes here and in Belsize Park (which had two hardware shops in England's Lane when I moved here). They had exactly what I needed to replace a leaking flxible water pipe "tail" and I will be making as much use as I can in future and apologise that it has taken me 30 years to cross the threshold!
