Choices estate agent, Benji was very supportive through the process of renting an en-suite. I have just started a new job so I was able to get time off work to do the necessary things. It would have been more stressful if I did not have Benji lending a helping hand when he could. Helping me through each step of the way. Overall very good service. Keep it up!

I had to move into an affordable studio flat of reasonably high standards. Like most people I find moving stressful. I spoke to Ashley at Choices, we exchanged numbers and he got the ball rolling straight away. The whole team at Choices treated me very well, they were very efficient and professional and before I knew it, the move was done and the stressful part was over. I would like to say a big thank you to Ashley, who I must have rung personally about 30 times in about 4 days, never mind blowing up his office phone. I would also like to thank Tianne and Esme as well for not leaving me waiting too long at the property and being so professional when discussing stuff with my Mum and I. Thank you very much. I am very happy with my new flat. You lot are amazing.

About a couple months ago I was in trouble because I was looking for a house, but thankfully Ashley-Rico Hinds was there and accompany me throughout my housing adventure 😂 he's the best!

The process was super fast, I moved in within a week. It's all amazing thanks to him and of course Choices. Would suggest to go here if you need fast response, contract, etc

I worked with Esme and she was great! I needed to find a place on short notice and she was able to provide me with a showing within 24 hours of contacting her. I was able to sign on to an amazing apartment and couldn't be happier. Esme was professional, responsive, understanding, and a great help! I have recently moved into a flat through Choices in London.

Xavier, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout my flat search. He was readily available to answer any and all of my questions regarding the agency and the flat itself. He was extremely professional and kind; taking the time to explain every detail of my upcoming tenancy so that I would feel comfortable and confident in trusting the agency to manage my living arrangements.

I have not yet spent enough time renting through Choices to rate the overall quality of my tenancy. However, in regards to the flat search and my first couple of weeks residing in a wonderful new property, I have experienced nothing but professionalism and enthusiastic accommodation from Xavier and Choices.

We rented an apartment through Choices recently and we had Tianne helping us, she was absolutely great. She responded quickly to all my messages and she answered all my questions clearly. She was very helpful and we managed to sort the moving process in just a few days.

We were looking to rent outside of London and we asked what we were doing with our current place. They referred us to their London team and we had Esme Hinton come in to check and quote our place out.

My engagement with Choices was a really good.one. As a whole they were very informative, friendly and most of all supportive through the whole process. Especially Tunde, he really helped me throughout the renting process, and was both willing to go the extra mile and also being honest with me. I have been using Choices Estate Agents to let my flat in London for coming up to 2 years. I have always been very satisfied with their service. My main contact within the company was Esme who I found was very friendly, professional and helpful. Any queries were always dealt with promptly and she even took my calls at the weekends. I would highly recommend them.

Choices have made the referencing process very easy and smooth. I am due to sign my lease on Monday, having dealt so far primarily with Esme Hinton, who has been professional and really helpful - so far, my experience with Choices has been positive.

2019 Update: I have now been living in my choices managed property for a year. Choices have been pretty responsive when we have had to contact them in that time, and pretty good about making repairs promptly etc. I dealt with Nicole when renewing my lease and although there was quite a bit of back and forth trying to get the lease into shape, she was helpful and responsive.

I am very happy with the service at Choices, and especially with Esme, who helped make the tiring process of moving properties quick and pain-free. She was positive, attentive, and was always happy to answer any questions (of which I had a few). I am now settled in my new flat, and I would recommend Choices to anyone looking for a professional and conscientious estate agent.

Although I didn't have a good experience in the apartment, the was Choices agent solve problems is quite professional, especially Esme, very good attitude about solving problems.

But the property management department is not very responsive on emails and I have to chase them for move-out instructions.

Hope I can eventually get my deposit back as what they've promised.
