Bought our first house last month. Brookbanks Swanley was really helpful and they kept us updated throughout the process. Best estate agent on Swanley high street.

We were lucky enough to meet Richard when we were viewing a property on his books, his professionalism was clear to see. He was so good we switched estate agents as we had every confidence he would sell our property for us, and believe me he never did anything to encourage us to switch, his style in selling a property was what won us over - and importantly he would be honest with us along the way which he was every step of the way.
We never felt like we were being fobbed off or given the usual estate agent chat. He was realistic about the asking price for our property not inflating the price, just to make us happy.
The result - people through the door and a sale!
On the sale of our house, Brockbank's never dropped the ball, meaning our sale went smoothly.

I've been looking for a house for over a year and dealt with all agents in the area looking at many houses. Brookbanks were by far the best! They took in what I was looking for, contacting me when properties of interest came up, until I was finally able to find a property with them.

Myself and partner recently rented a property via Brookbanks. The entire team were great but a special shout out to Paul. Everyone was very friendly, professional and informative. I've recently just finished the process of buying and selling through Brookbanks. This was the first time of doing so with an Estate Agents and I would recommend Brookbanks immediately - from start to finish they were friendly, informative and kept us up to date with all we needed to know.

We saw the listing of the house we bought in August, even though we were not on the market, we were able to view the house the next day, and a week later our flat was on the market, and we accepted an offer not even another week later.

I contacted Brookbanks about a property my mother was interested in and within hours they'd contacted myself and organised a very prompt viewing, everything was explained in detail, within the week my mother had made a offer which was accepted and the whole process ran smoothly, couldn't recommend the team highly enough, absolute top notch because moving can be highly stressful but they totally alleviated that for our family, keep up the good work.

Colin, Emma & Jenny do a great job managing the rental of our property, they're a responsible and dependable team since we don't live nearby. We have known Colin & Jenny for around 12 years and the whole team do a great job keeping our property tenanted and our house and tenants looked after. Having spent over a year trying to buy a house with other Estate Agents, I found Richard and Ben at Brookbanks to be exceptionally helpful during my purchase. As a team Richard and Becky were the dream team. A very personal service and not made to feel like a number. Nothing was ever to much! Pre sale Richard was very flexible and accommodating of viewings. We had some delays due to the buyers solicitor but none of which was in our control. They did their upmost to get my sale through as quickly as possible. The post sale service was flawless from Becky, she was a pleasure and I had full confidence, clear communication and she managed the expectation.
