Asda Swanley Supercentre

HUGE supermarket with a clothes & homeware section and so much more. The shelves are always full and with so much variety, but can sometimes be messy, especially the seasonal aisle but thats understandable. Some disrespectful customers do make a mess. Infact I bet most of the poor reviews here complaining about mess probably made the mess themselves lol).

I love the staff here, they're so nice and go above and beyond to find what I need, even the security guards are so kind! I have not had a single rude encounter with a staff member here. Respect goes both ways fellow customers!!!

Great supermarket. Lots of different variety’s in there. There are clothes, food, deli, meat and fish counter, bakery. I would definitely recommend going to this store especially on a Wednesday when the market is outside. There is also a cafe in Asda but I haven’t tried it yet. Majority of staff seem nice

My personal choice for grocery shopping well priced well laid out store with plenty of checkouts,my only gripe is the toilets are very seldom open

Great store especially when you need travel money (and can state what denominations you want) very help although a little higher cost than some, but factor in the fuel to go elsewhere then it makes sense to use Asda…

On 4 occasions I have had to deal with customer services. On 2 of those occasions the members of staff ignored my presence and were quite rude. Lucky that they have a member of staff called Rebecca. She is very helpful. On the 2 occasions that I really needed help with returns or refund queries, I am thankful that she served me and not the former (didn't get their names). She promotes customer service by going above and beyond to help customers, and does so with a friendly smile. I did mention this to a store manager and asked that my comments got back to her, along with the complaint to the others, who I pointed out at the time, but nothing got fed back to me or Rebecca. She needs to know that there are customers who appreciate her attitude and work ethic.

This is the most incredible supermarket I’ve ever been to. It’s like Disneyland but for food.
For a fatty like myself it couldn’t have been more amazing.
I wandered the idyllic isles like a lion, scoping out my pray, then attacking a pork belly tray with exacting prowess I carefully lowered into my food chariot.
I then turned a corner and found myself surrounded by vegetation and juicy ripe fruit. What a find for a hungry, overweight chunk I thought, this is the place I need to live - Saladville.
I scooped some freshly picked fruit before other hunter-gatherers descended, picking only the ripest berries that even the man from Del Monte wouldn’t have been able resist.
The rest of my time spent here was just as incredible, but I’ll save that for another time.
Only spoiled once by a woman in her sparkly dressing gown wearing fake squashed Uggs trying to steal some Lambrini.
What a place. 10/10. Would recommend.

I recently had some trouble with my Asda Travel Money card and Gayna from the desk was absolutely amazing at helping me work through it. So friendly, approachable and most of all helpful!! Thank you Gayna!!!

I had to go to asda yesterday for essentials in this worrying time. I would just like to say how professional all the colleagues in the store were. Even though they were only letting so many people in and out the store at a time the security staff were handling it fantastically. A big thank you to them all for their professional approach when they are putting themselves at risk by doing their job. Thankyou and please all stay safe.

Bit limited but good prices and means no hassles as ur all ready in store

Asda Swanley is a great shop plenty of parking spaces open 24 hrs on the week days. Sells almost anything at reasonable prices, wheel chair access if you haven't got one they will lend you one, pharmacy cafe public toilets like I said this place has everything worth a visit.

This asda is my favourite it's got 2 nice big car parks, with car wash people who do a good job. The store has a george clothing department nice and big lots of choice, they have a cafe and pharmacy also. The store is always well stocked and clean, the staff are polite and helpful and if you go on a Wednesday you got the market on.

So big and amazing has everything I need no complaints just compliments up stairs and down stairs is so colossal could live in their it's bigger than an enormous house lots of varieties and bakery is lovely all the things there is amazing clothes is really good for all ages haven't tried the restaurant but other than that it is great

Not sure about all the complain , this shop has all needed , and always full with stock . If you go shopping evening don’t expect a full shelf ! Wake up early for fresh bakery etc, don’t be a lazy b.

Thought I lost my handbag there this morning when using the self-scan tills. The lady on customer service suggested I check with security who was able to find the film of me at the till wearing the bag. I then knew I mislaid it in my mother-in-law's house. Went back and found it! Thank you Asda!

Lovely shop. My only concern is only 2 of the staff are miserable as he'll. An Indian woman and a white one on the cash machines which you do yourself. You hear people saying there s happy

Wonderful...staff all friendly considering how early and busy it was. The shelves were being stocked. Made a impromptu last minute Christmas shop a real pleasure

Great place to go grocery shopping. The shop is large with lots of variety in products. You can find almost anything you need. The customer service is very quick and helpful and lines are almost never long.

I have always found staff helpful & cheerful & prices comprable to anywhere else - yes including Aldi.
I have heard of some of the unwarranted abuse shop staff can get & can only suggest us customers cut them some slack. Often you reap what you sow.
