I called to enquire about an old-school coloured fuse-box as light wasn't working in some parts of the house. The electrician told me that my fuse box was still used today and my issue could be easily solved by changing a fuse in one of the components. He talked me through how to do this. He also told me I did not require a £120 call-out! Good person and thanks again.

Carl came to inspect our electrics following a burst pipe. He was friendly, thorough and explained everything to us and was patient in answering our numerous questions.

Jonathan was very professional and extremely helpful. He diagnosed the main problem very quickly and then persevered to ensure he could identify and isolate it to a small area of the house. This minimised intrusion for work that was needed. Once fixed, he left the house exactly as he found it.
