Dr Amna Rashid - thank so much for sorting my teeth once again. I was very pleased with the outcome of my last visit and I have complete confidence in any dental treatment you carry out. In 35 years as a patient at the Lowcroft, I consider Dr Rashid one of the best dentists at the surgery.

I’ll be honest I’m someone who’s really scared of going to the dentist, I HATE it but I must say DR Amisha Pesai always reassures me and handles me with care, a very patient and thoughtful person.

From the start, I hate the dentist! I am extremely dental phobic, and mentally ill. I also, unluckily have terrible teeth. The reception staff are lovely, they are so friendly and accommodating and my dentist is amazing. I came in crying in pain today and walked out smiling not half an hour later. The kindness and patience they have shown is above and beyond. The nursing staff are lovely. The place is spotless and doesn't smell 'dentisty'. I honestly can't compliment this place enough.

I have been treated by Dr Amisha and I would highly recommend her! She has been calming, professional and highly communicative of what to expect during and post procedure.

All staff across the dental practice have been extremely warm, professional and accommodating in all contact I've had with simply bright.

Very good dental practice, always good staff, helpful, very quick to react when I’ve needed emergency work. I’ve been a patient here a few years now and I will not be looking to change Dentist at all. These people have done an amazing job working in the current climate. Well done and thanks.

I've been a patient with Simply Bright Dental Surgery for well over 10 years and for me it's about the most beautiful and hygienic experience I’ve had at a dentist in my life…with its therapeutic approach for the entire customer journey that started at the reception with Sharon and her fantastic team. Dr Deepa was amazing with my daughter who has ASD. Really kind and lovely, explaining everything and very quick and reassuring! The whole family has just rebooked our check ups with her!

Simply Fantastic!! Over the last month or so I have attended the clinic for a Bridge replacement and can honestly say that the whole experience was excellent from the warm, professional welcome on reception, to the superb, high quality, professional job that was done on the removal of the old Bridge, the instant fitting of a temporary replacement and the final fitting of the new bridge. I have never been made to feel more calm and relaxed in a dental chair and thoroughly recommend this clinic to everyone. A truly first class experience.

Today (27.08.2021 @ 10.00Am ) I had an appointment with a very nice dentist, sorry I did not catch your name (young man in Room 1) First time I have ever come across a Dentist who was patient and understanding with me and my phobia of dentist (even for a 35year old) Literally do not come near me with a drill! He was so kind and friendly, very informative and gave me good tips and advice, showed me what tool he was going to use and what he was going to do. Made me feel really comfortable. Thank you so much. It means alot to me. Much appreciated. So based on this personal experience with this specific Dentist.... Its ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me.

Be aware the cost of NHS has changed!!! got the shock of my life at Reception when I had to pay for today's visit. Turns out,
Those who earn £935 or over will have to pay full price. (not even discounted price) so even though I had a good experience with the dentist today, I probably won't be going back until I really need to! Like, if I am in real pain.

Dr Cavan and Ms Anna were amazing with my son today. He has had a few scares at the dentist in the past and a visit during lockdown with all the space suit PPE they had on completely freaked him out so I was dreading our emergency visit today. Dr Cavan was fantastic, he explained everything in words my son could understand, kept it fun and light-hearted so we had no stress or worry. They removed a tooth so quickly, my son didn't even realise he'd had an injection. Thank you so much for your help I am so grateful I can't thank you enough, great service, great dentist and nurse, fabulous service and team.

Always had great experiences here. The staff are courteous, caring and professional. I'm always happy to return! The dentist and nurses also take good care of the children too, very patient and reassuring with them.

Had to go in to get some fillings today and the numbing injection was painless - didn't even realise that I had been given the injection (they numbed the area with cream before the injection which helped a lot). Dr. Cavan + Nurse Charlene were super friendly throughout the entire thing as well.

Sophie is easily the best dentist I've ever had in my reasonably long life. She just does such a flippin' good job. All in all it's a friendly and well-run practice. It is slightly chilling having to listen to Heart FM while you're being drilled, but you can't have everything.

I'm a new patient at Mitcham Simoly Bright dentist. All staff including reception very accommodating. I can't stay no more. Excellent. I would recommend to anyone 😃

I was recommended to Simply Bright a few years back and the difference I have received in treatment from my previous dentist has been superb. Great care from my dentist and also fully informed of any changes, treatment every time I attend. I have no hesitation in recommending Simply Bright and their new premises are superb and the staff always friendly and helpful

I was seen by Deepa and her tech/assistant Ivonna, they were both so lovely during my hygiene clean and Check up. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The dentist will never be fun but they both explained everything as they were going and were very aware and willing to stop the moment I needed to tap out. Thank you both. My only criticism would be that it could be clearer how much treatments cost. I went in for just a hygiene clean but as there was time I opted to get a check up as well. I was under the impression it would be a NHS treatment but it was charged as private, which is obviously more expensive. I won't begrudge the 5star rating though because to be fair I could have asked. Thanks.

Have been in unbearable pain over the weekend. Came in monday morning for an emergency appointment and the kind lady Shaziah at the reception managed to have me seen by Dr zayn which was amazing and managed to sort me out very quickly.

Called for an emergency appointment and the reception was very helpful and went out her way to fit me in, I was seen the same day. The dentist was very attentive. I have now made this my permanent dentist.

A lovely warm welcoming receptionist with an exceptional smile herself. Amusing and passionate about work.
I think her name was Sharon.

I have moved to Kent a year ago but I still come all the way to Mitcham to see Doctor Deepa Prashad , because she treats every patient as a friend and always makes you feel special!
