I picked up my stunning ring today from Flawless in the beautiful Manchester branch. My husband and I came to Flawless to have a ring made to celebrate the birth of our first child. We wanted to create a modern heirloom that can be passed down for generations.

From start to finish, the service was incredible. Mars was so patient, explained everything to us, worked with our budget requirements and was a pleasure to be around. Every step was clear and explained to us. Their WhatsApp feature made communication easy. This is a family run business and it feels that way, really authentic. They genuinely care about what they do and want the best for you. I really appreciate that especially given the sentimental nature of our purchase.

As for the ring, consider me obsessed. Just look at it! I am in love with it and the quality of the craftsmanship is impeccable. Their Manchester branch is gorgeous and I don’t think I would consider any other jeweller moving forward. If you’re in the market for an engagement ring, wedding ring or any other special jewellery, Flawless Fine is the only option.

I wasn't too sure about buying from online as I live up north and was very nervous to be buying something custom from online. But after allot of research on flawless fine jewellery I took the plunge and dropped them an email to say hello and ask about what I was after. It didn't take long to get an email back and then my journey started with them. The staff were incredibly helpful and help me find and create exactly what I wanted for my partner. After paying half upfront and paying the rest after it was created helped allot with paying for it as I could break the payments up.
Long story short. I popped the question yesterday and she broke out in tears over how beautiful the ring was . She hasn't stopped posting it and showing it to everyone. She can't stop taking photos of her ring.

So my advice to anyone looking for a custom ring that you won't find anyone else wearing and will make your partners heart melt then go with flawless fine jewellery.

The engagement ring we got here was amazing, my fiancée loves it. Flawless service. We designed my ring from scratch and they sourced for us lab diamonds in uncommon shapes (hexagon and kite) in extremely high specs. The most absolute gorgeous ring I've ever seen! My fiance designed this ring for me and he had an incredible experience. He was helped by Lila and she was extremely patient with everything he wanted. She was very helpful throughout the entire process from video calls, ideas and the end result. She sent CAD drawing and was always reassuring that everything was perfect to exactly what he wanted.
