My experience was positive. I attended the surgery on 3 occasions in all. The booking process was fast & efficient. All of the people I spoke to were very helpful.
The Doctor was also very helpful, I required medical forms completing for a new job. I was happy with the service I received.

I was very pleased with the service I received in respect of my consultation.
The reception staff were friendly and efficient.
The Doctor I saw was well prepared for my consultation and showed a very good understanding of my health conditions.
The Doctor was helpful and empathic.
I certainly consider I got value for money.

The GP, Dr Akita Patel was empathetic and warm and really knows how to put her patients at ease whilst also offering a thorough assessment of the condition(s) presented. I would certainly hope to see her again should I need future GP appointments.

Love this service which was an option for me through Vitality healthcare insurance. The doctor I saw was so engaging and really offered some good advice. Bloods were taken and I received the results that evening in a very informative report as well as some comments from the Doctor I saw. I will definitely make use of this service again!!

Booked at the St Albans clinic, very easy to book, very easy to find, and Dr. Patel was very easy to talk to, engaging and compassionate. I will definitely use this service again.

Easy to book. Dr at LDC in Kensington was on time, charming, very professional and considerate.

Booking and later changing that scheduled time were fuss free. Receptionist was delightful and welcoming. Dr efficient and listened to my needs.
My ONLY complaint was the lack of choice regarding gender in the booking app. 21st Century not everyone is either male or female

I used the services of the London Doctors Clinic in Guildford, Surrey for an Immigration Medical as I am moving overseas.

The booking process is simple and quick. On the day of my appointment the surgery was easy to locate and in the centre of town.

It's beautifully decorated, with a friendly welcome on arrival. I was called by the doctor on time (literally to the second), amazing service, very relaxed consultation with good conversation (unrelated to the appointment).

I was out again, exactly on time.

Overall it was incredibly efficient, with great service and I would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise. Even for an everyday GP consultation rather than using the NHS where you struggle to speak to someone, struggle even harder for a response or an actual consultation.

I couldn't believe how well I was treated. I was tied of hanging on the line at the local NHS clinic, so decided to give this a try. WOW just Wow, i got an appointment straight away, when i turned up the doctor was amazing and actually listened to me, rather than the NHS Dr that just types what he thinks you are saying. I got a bit more than my 15 min slot, the Dr said my health was more important than a few pound and didn't charge the extra. I will almost certainly use this service again if needed. I have already recommended this service to my friends and family as its stress free and easy.

The receptionists are friendy and efficient. The doctor was very helpful and discussed the result in a clear way. Overall a very positive experience.

I had an appointment March 22 at the Kingston location and the entire experience was wonderful. Booking online was easy for a tourist from out of town, the executive suite/co-working space where the office is located (The Smith Building) has helpful reception staff with a comfortable waiting area, and the doctor was competent and compassionate. 5 stars from me.

I got an appointment the same morning that I registered and the website was easy to navigate. The clinic was easy to find close to the tube station, and reception staff helpful. More to the point, the doctor was professional, but friendly, with the medicine prescribed for me available on the spot. If, as was the case my GP could not book me an appointment for 3 weeks, I would definitely use this clinic again.

Had to cancel my first appointment as I was running late. The receptionist quickly slotted me in for a later one. The service was friendly and the doctor was very understanding. Results 4 hours later - amazingly fast.

A U. S. tourist staying in a hotel near Paddington--shortly after 8 a.m. on a Friday I found the clinic online, and I was able to book an appointment for 9:30 A.M. that day. The clinic is inside a high-rise building near the train station. Once inside and after circumnavigating the elevators, the receptionist and doctor were very friendly and waiting for me in a pristine clean area. I received good professional treatment, and was in and out with my much-needed antibiotic in less than 20 minutes: 55 pounds for the 15-minute appointment, plus 10 pounds for filling the prescription for me 'on the spot.' I was certainly pleased with the rapid response and good care that I received.

I rarely write testimonials but was seriously impressed by the speed, tact and efficiency of this no fuss service. Given waiting times and clogged surgeries this is a dream. The doctor |I saw was expert and clearly utterly on top of her game. And the price is very reasonable.
