This book store was a staple of my childhood in Canada but has since been removed. Nice to see it again in London.

Hadee was absolutely great. I came to buy a box of creme eggs and some headphones and managed to find just what i wanted at a great price too. The experience was great and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m writing to thank all the staff at this WHSmith branch, especially Daniella Stuart (I hope I spelled your name correctly). I was at the store on Monday, March 25th around 2pm. Thank you, Daniella, for helping me when I was going through one of the most stressful moments of my life. I am forever grateful of your kindness. I also want to thank your managers and colleagues for being very kind to me. All the staff here are very professional and compassionate. Thank you all!

We bought SIM card from WHSmith Paddington upon arrival in London. The staff Mr. Joyed Ahmed was professional, helpful and very patient. Despite of his busy work, he went out of his way to help us communicate with the telco to ensure we got the correct bundle package. His professionalism and warmth made our day. Thank you indeed Joyed!

Koyel is always lovely and incredible. I work around Paddington station, and everytime I come to WhSmith to pick some things up, she has always made my day 100% better. Genuine kindness and excellent customer service, Koyal is a wonderful individual and she never fails to make me smile.

I always stop by at WHS Smith in paddington after work and the staff is very friendly and professional. Koyel is very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly she is always in a good mood! Definitely recommend to check it out when you're in the area :)

I popped in just for a minute but the lady behind the counter, Khoel, really made my entire day. She was so kind and friendly and although it was a short conversation, I left the store with a smile thanks to her kindness. Definitely the definition of service with a smile

"BIG Thank You" to a Wonderful person called (Sheena) for her "BIG Act of kindness towards me. I am so grateful to her. There are still some really kind people in the world and Sheena is one of them!

Just want to shout out for the fabulous security guard who was on duty 4th Oct at 8am.
He was a real help to me. I needed a charger lead but left my phone in the hotel. He also had a Samsung so was able to ensure I got the right one. He also went through two different ones telling me the benefits.
Chose one, back to hotel, perfect.
Didn't get his name. But well done to that guy. Great service

I usually go into a WH Smiths and am on and out as quick as possible, it always feels like being watched. I went in and was greeted by Daniella who was very helpful, and friendly. Gave great recommendations of books, planning not to buy I left with three. If you want a friendly chat with great knowledge hope Daniella is in store.

WH Smith at Paddington Station has the friendliest staff. Except a woman, who I think is the manager cause she does not wear the purple uniform behind the counter who glares at me like I destroyed her life or something.

Met Chandu at the self checkout. Very chill and kind guy, helped us cancel and reorder more stuff and was friendly. Great employee

Looks small from the outside but actually fairly big inside - good selection of magazines etc.

They sell magazines and chocolate. Perfect for the ride home..

Very convenient, great if you need a quick snack or something for a long train journey.
