I walked past here from Shepherds Bush station as i was going into Westfield. Wasnt too busy and looked good. The shop was really clean and lady who took our order was really helpful & didnt mind answering a few questions and recommended a few flavours. I got the basic milk tea (they have soya as a dairy alternative) & my friend ordered the aloe & honey ice tea.
Very quick service & helpful staff.

Very quick, very easy to understand, nice and clean, polite staff.
I had the strawberry milkshake with pearls this time and I was not disappointed, well, only when I had finished 😅

A good selection of tea drinks, great taste and friendly staff. Located in a big shopping mall, can be busy so be prepared wait in a long line.

Very good place to get bubble tea and also if your like me feeling very sweety get the choclote milkshake with oreo on top taste so good with it.

Ordered the panda milk tea for myself and the pearls ( especially the white one) is very special that you can’t find it in any other stores. The white pearls texture are a little bit different from the normal black one, it gave u a rather “popping” texture rather than the chewy one. And I totally love it! And it is pretty cheap compared to other bubble tea now which is booming in Central London. 30% sweetness is a little bit too much for me and I would like to try 0% next time as I like to have the “tea” flavour being more predominant rather than the sweetness.

The best Bubble tea around Westfield London. Unique Asian style bubble tea flavours. Highly recommend the caramel pearl milk tea with fresh milk. Haven’t been disappointed yet, every cup I brought is worth the wait and money.

T4 is a solid bubble tea chain, there's about 3 branches I visit regularly but this one is the busiest. I visit quite late, between 9-10pm and they always have queues and lots of deliveroo drivers but the staff maintain a cheerful attitude in spite of that.
The cream crown double green is pretty much my perfect drink and the fact they have it as a combo makes it cheaper than ordering the same thing from a different chain.

First time going to any T4 branches and ordered the House Grass Jelly with tapioca, it reminded me of the childhood summers I spent in China eating it at my grandma's place. It's sweet and hits the spot, would love to come here again!

Nice place for bubble tea and a great location. Staff are nice and the music is good. Wouldn’t say it’s the best bubble tea I’ve ever had, but the store set up is beautiful.

Their tea is always great and service is very fast even during the busiest times. They have soy milk for those of us on plant based diets so we don't miss out on some fantastic flavours 🥰

My favourite place for bubble tea - reliably delicious every time! No room for error like some places where the taste you get can come as a surprise - this place always has a long queue because it's SO GOOD! I recommend trying the taro milk tea with tapioca pearls - yum!

Best bubble tea in London (in my opinion!) - I always go for the Oolong Milk tea which has a great flavour (not too strong or subtle). The drink isn’t too watery either, which is often the case at other bubble tea places. Queue is long, but worth the wait!

This peppermint milk tea with pearls was delicious. 😋 It was one of their top choices of drinks. I would definitely drink this on a hot day.

I got myself a taro milk tea before watching black panther, and it was delicious 😋 👌!

Went to this shop this evening after shopping at Westfields. Went for 100% (Regular) sugar and was pleasantly surprised that it was not too sweet like some other bubble tea shops. Loved how the tea was stronger and was not overpowered by the sweetness. I got a milk tea with tapioca pearls and pudding. The pearls were also the perfect texture!! Highly highly recommended. The staff were also super sweet as well

I've been getting my pearl milk tea from here and I absolutely love it! One of the best I've had- only problem with the drink is that it can be a little warm probably because of the tapioca but other than that all perfect! The queue can get quite long but Its not surprising considering how great the drinks are :))

One of my favourite go-to bubble tea spots. Nobody does a Pearl Milk Tea like T4! The tapioca is always cooked to perfection and I love that you are able to order on Deliveroo. There is always a queue whenever you go but it’s always worth the wait. :)

My favourite bubble tea place ever ! I always go to T4 after work and have been for years. My go to drink is the Grapefruit Royal tea with pearls, so refreshing and tangy. Would recommend to anyone if you want something nice and cool for the summer !

I always get a drink from T4 whenever I visit Westfield. I love what they offer and the quality of their drink.

The queue and waiting time is a bit long but every minute is worth it. T4 is quite a popular shop and I can see why. This was my first time ever trying bubble tea and is the best place to go. I would definitely recommend their Caramel Pearl Milk Tea. It is the best and it is exactly what you need on a hot summer's day. Definitely recommend this place. It is amazing!
