Iris Avenue

From booking til i stepped foot out of the place, everything went smoothly. I came in about 10 minutes late and they were really nice about it. My nail tech, Andrea was just amazing. She was great to talk to throughout the session and simply made my week better (mind u, I was having a rough week and haven’t smiled this much until this appointment). She was gentle with my nails as well.
She’s truly the type of nail tech people need as when I told her that i wanted my designed to be slightly more blended together, she was not hesitant to follow what I wanted (because I was a nervous wreck, she even assured me that it’s fine and everyone has their own style and taste). Even before the last layer of orange top coat, she shows me what it looked like so I could decide if i really it.
Not just Andrea, the rest of the team was super sweet was well. All the girls at the reception were so positive and welcoming too.
The salon itself was gorgeous and smelled really amazing too.
The only bad thing is that I live at the other side of the world and is just here for a holiday, so I will not be able to become their regular. Truly have raised my standards on what I should expect from such nail salons🩷.

I loved my time at iris Avenue! During my week long visit to London from California, I needed a gel mani after my nails had started cracking around the edges and iris Avenue came through in a clutch. I decided on tier 2 nail art inspired by the cardigan I was wearing that day and the nail artist did really beautiful freehand work as well as a French manicure for my nails. It also came with a drink, and they had non alcoholic options from which I picked the collagen smoothie.
They were also kind enough to give me a list of locations to visit during my time in London. I would definitely recommend a visit to iris Avenue if you're in the area, the nail technicians are very talented and know their stuff!

Simply flawless acrylic infill and gel colour by Rebekah. I came from another salon and my nails were lumpy and different lengths. She meticulously fixed everything and asked if I was happy with what she did: shape, thickness, colour and so on. The hand massage was worth every penny! She is also the ONLY nail tech that cleaned/sanitised the inside of the UV nail polish dryer in the 20 years I have been getting acrylics!!!

What a fabulous self-care Sunday I had at Iris Avenue! I’m visiting town and decided to treat myself to a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The treatment was flawless and relaxing. I had Mya and she was detail-oriented and friendly! Thank you Mya!

Such a treat to go with the girls and get your nails done with a cocktail! The nail tech doing mine was super professional and helpful with me making a choice with colour, which I ended up loving. The staff who greeted us was very welcoming and polite too! Would 100% recommend going!

Neda was absolutely amazing. Best pedicure I've ever had, easy conversation and wonderful results. I'll be coming back every time I visit London.

This place is a hidden gem! Starting from receptionist, and baristas, they are super kind and helpful- they tried their best to fit me in, and the pedicure experience with Amanda is brilliant- I was lucky they had a slot for 20 minutes shoulder massage with Mira! She is THE BEST! I also bought a gift card for a massage session with her for a friend because she was so good.
I met one of the managers and he was super nice as well.

First timer here but so impressed! Carla was amazing and just love her ability to look at an Inspiration picture and make it her own and just beautiful. Quality is incredible and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time at Iris Avenue and it was amazing ! The gel manucure is undoubtedly the best I’ve had in a very long time and the Multitasking Miracle Skin Ritual was pure bliss ! All the persons working there are extremely skilled, professional and kind ! Add great cocktails and a cosy atmosphere to make this place a go-to salon, I’ll be back for sure ! Thanks all !

Not only did my nails turn out beautifully and exactly the way I wanted them to but my experience at Iris Avenue was divine!! The smoothie that I had was very nice and the rest of the drinks menu looked incredible. Truly the best manicure I’ve ever had in London and I will now not go anywhere else but here to get my nails done.

Iris Avenue was an absolute treat! From the moment I booked, I felt the 5-star service. Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and professional. My appointment was for my bridal nails and they truly exceeded my expectations. I showed a few inspirational photos and my nails turned out exactly how I pictured. I also had a spray tan and really appreciated the advice they gave on the perfect glow for my skin!

I brought my mom along for her pampering session and they were so lovely! We ordered prosecco from the bar and had the perfect afternoon celebration. Will definitely be coming back again!

Love this place so much - the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The standard of service is exceptionally high. The technicians are highly skilled - and the salon is gorgeous!! I love arriving early and seeing them have their team meeting before they open - the secret to their success!! ❤

Really nice upscale place to get your nails done. Mya did a great job on my manicure and was really friendly and approachable. Overall good customer service.

The salon is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the employees were very kind and attentive. The nail work itself is a solid 9/10, and was overall a wonderful experience. I’d post a picture but none of you need to see my feet haha.

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere with great cocktails or a good cup of coffee to accompany a professional manicure. I always enjoy the cool vibe and great service.

I was lucky to get a last minute appointment for facial threading while in London for the weekend. Very thorough, friendly, punctual in a beautiful environment. Will be back.
