I popped in without booking. They lady served me quickly and removed the very hard gel that I had on my nails. I went for a simple shellac. Fast end efficient. They accept cash and bank transfer. Recommended if you’re in Hammersmith area. Good selections of colours and designs.

This was the quickest acrylic full-set I've ever had, in and out within 45 minutes. However, the quality of this manicure was far from desirable. The nail sizes and shapes were uneven, I had to coach the artist on how to uniform them. I asked for almond, as you can see they're pointy and claw-like, not quite the elegant shape I was after. The photo is two days after, no cuticle shaping so it's already looking a week old. The paint was sheer and applied poorly, and is already gone at the tips. From what I gather, the artist I had didn't make the effort to take her time and get it right, but instead applied far too much acrylic then corrected her mistakes, leaving the underside of my nails bumpy (which has been scuffing my clothes constantly). I'm not sure why there was such a rush to get me out of the chair, I walked in as they seemed busy but there was very little care put into the work despite the number of returning customers surrounding me. There were no customers following me and plenty of artists hanging about. I rarely get a manicure, but when I do, I like it to be done well. If you're after something that looks good for a few days and you couldn't care less, this is a great salon to visit where you're in and out in no time. Otherwise, I'd recommend getting your nails done elsewhere because the experience was seriously underwhelming, as are the results.

Wouldn’t recommend if you are getting acrylics. I had to talk the lady through the whole process pretty much as they were not being done correctly and wasn’t too happy with the final result. I even had to ask the lady to put more acrylic at the bottom because it would’ve looked like my nails had been done for a week or two on the first day of getting them done! There are also clumps of acrylic at the back of the nails. Will not come back for nails and will only be visiting to see the eyebrow lady here. They are not worth the £45 I was charged for acrylics with gel. I would recommend Princess Nails in Hammersmith for acrylics if you are looking for somewhere else close by.

I got gel nails done last week which took 15 mins! No cuticle work was done on them even after I asked if she would do them. They are chipped and need to be redone already!

I always used to use this place for a full set, I always went to the same man to get my nails done. Recently I’ve realised the people have changed, complete different people. For the first time I went to a lady as the man I usually go to was not there. The moment I sat in the chair her attitude was disgusting. As I was choosing my colour I was told “Do not waste my time”. There was no patience. As she was doing my nails she was very rough and she was rushing it, she had no care. I told her I want square shape and she gave me coffin shape. When I told her I asked for square shape she rudely looked at me and told me that it was square. The customer sat next to me had her cuticles cut, nail oil, filed before the acrylic was put on but I had a complete different treatment. As she was doing my nails I realised most of my nails were wonky. When I asked why are they not straight, they are wonky she rudely said to me “because your finger is bent” which I found very rude because everytime I’ve done my nails, they’ve always been straight and I was offended that she said my finger is bent as I know it is not. The nails were done so badly and her attitude was disgraceful, unfriendly, unprofessional. I told her to take them off instead of completing them because it looked as if a 5 year old had done them for me. She continuously huffed and puffed and made me feel very very small. I was told I had to pay 10£ which I was willing to pay even though I was very disappointed. But as she had finished removing my nails she began to get rid of all the dust and tips etc. She then dusted all of it in my face deliberately and walked off . My friend that was with me asked her to say sorry which she refused to and said she done nothing wrong. I refused to pay the 10£ as I couldn’t believe what I had went through. I walked out and was told by another colleague to never come back to their shop. For anyone going there DO NOT GO! I found a new nail salon that specialises in so much more and much more cheaper also better service and quality. Based in West 12 centre in Shepherd’s Bush. Only 15 mins away.

I specifically asked for GEL powder with GEL color and extension nails , your lady in reception Said 30£ which i was Happy to pay. Upon paying I was asked to pay 40£ as that’s the price for acrylic , I tried to explain that I never said acrylic I said gel nails with gel color, the guy charging me laughed in a mocking way n said no way those nails costs 30£, they acrylic and with gel would cost even more like 45£, we went Back n forth n I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid what they asked as the nails where already done, which was a good job, but on 4th day, i can see color coming off on the side of my nail. I won’t be returning or recommend this place to anyone I know. Pls make sure you get the price written down on a piece of paper because they will hustle you too if they can. Like how does gel and acrylic sound the same??!!! How does 30£ sounds the same as 40£ , they pretended they didn’t hear me correctly or I didn’t understand their pricing correctly??!!!! Smh....

They are rubbish . Very rude and not professional. I had to check everything every minute and they were so rude . I came out with horrible nails which one hand is different with another one 🙄😑
