The Phoenix

Came here as we were looking for tables to watch CL final… and luckily there were plenty of seats available. It is hidden so many people don’t know about the place. There are big screens to watch sports, plenty variety of drinks, and plenty of food. Also, the kitchen closes at 8pm (on a Saturday as far as I am aware). Clean toilets and clean place. No security guard, so it seems like a pub that don’t have problems.

For food we had fries and chicken skewers - the skewers were small portions, but completely worth it

Went to the phoenix on a whim with a few friends to watch the football and will definitely return. My friends had the gnocchi and beef pie and both loved them and I had the mushroom crumpet which while sounding basic and maybe looking a bit bland was absolutely amazing to eat. A young lady was attentive to us all night even though our plan was to order at the bar and all in all was a great night out!

A lovely spacious venue. We had an area reserved for us to all meet up and have pre-drinks. Before moving on.
Staff were friendly. Drinks were average for London. Rum n lemonade was £8.60
Toilets were downstairs and were clean n tidy. Disabled toilet was sake floor as the bar just two steps into venue.

Went for a meet up with old colleagues. Surprisingly busy for a Tuesday, but nice staff and good food and drink.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff and a great range of beers on tap. Big shout out to the bar staff, especially Carolina who was serving us. She had some great recommendations for us to try. We will be coming back on our next visit to London!

One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding service provided by the staff. The bartenders were not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the drink menu and food options. They were more than happy to offer recommendations and ensure that my preferences were taken into account. The friendly and personable service truly made me feel like a valued guest.

I loved this place! Excellent spot in central London, as a restaurant for lunch meeting and as a pub afterwards. We tried the american burger with extra sweet potato fries which was exquisite, and a
Asahi and Estrella draft beers. We would be more satisfied if the kitchen remained open for the Champions League match later since we tries to order finger food and small plates along with our beers but the kitchen closes after 16:00.

Had an incredible time at The Phoenix! The warm ambiance, attentive staff, and delicious food and drinks made for a perfect evening. The rustic decor added a fantastic touch. Highly recommend for a memorable pub experience!

We went to the phoenix with our friend group from germany. Harshal was our waiter and he has done everything perfectly, we ordered Guiness and Food. He quickly gave us our food and our beer (he behaved very professional) The food was very delicious. Harshal often came and asked us if everything was fine( which was). No wishes were left open. I can highly recommend visiting the phoenix. Our experience was very good.

Great atmosphere and venue, staff are great and very friendly especially Harshan. Great selection of food and drinks.

Just had a wild night at The Phoenix Pub, and I'm still buzzing! When in for 1 pint and ended up having 4 and some seriously good food. The staff? Absolute legends. They know their stuff and kept the good times flowing. If you're not here, you're missing out on a damn good time.

Harshal was great. Looked after me and my team throughout the night. Always available when we needed him. Really pleased with the service. Great experience.

I frequent Liverpool Street often so it was a pleasant surprise to find this gem just a few minutes from the station! The kind of busy that gives off good vibes with better staff to boot.

Didn't have any food on this occasion but I'll certainly try it next time, some really good stuff on the menu and some of the dishes looked swell.

My topic of expertise, the bar, was well stocked with a good line of beers on the pumps! Got to chatting (because clearly, that's what I do) to Karolina who's name I requested upon leaving as her welcoming demeanour is enough to leave a review in of itself!!

Avoid the station riff raff, walk a minute down the road and come here instead. Proper vibe.

Happened across this pub and stopped for a quick pint. It was very busy, but the staff efficiently worked their way through the thirsty, queuing masses. Great atmosphere, would go back again.

Great pub in a good location came here last Wednesday with a couple of mates the Managers George and Ope were great on the night looking forward to coming back

This is the pub to go after work 🙌🏽 Chicken wings are amazing and the atmosphere is nice! I have to say thank you to Danilo, he is the best bartender! He is always very friendly and available to help!

Booked an area for a corporate event, drinks plus canapes etc waitress was great taking drinks orders all night, (didn't catch her name but she was very efficient and personable)..thanks Phoenix keep up the great service!

The staff here are great. Friendly, helpful and, after a bit of help needed with a friend, nothing was too much trouble to ensure she was seen safely home. Can’t fault this place. Thank you so much to the staff on-site helping make for a great evening.
