It's unfortunate how someone whose job is to serve people will act so rude and unprofessional.

The receptionist was speaking to my colleague who had to hand the call to me as she couldnt take how rude the receptionist was being, i then took over the call and was very polite and tried to resolve the situation then she became very hostile and rude to me. Shockingly poor customer service, never been spoken to that rudely when it comes to dealing with businesses

Avoid this 'bank'. Their contact phone numbers are not working (both the customer services and complaint phone numbers disconnect without ringing) and they send automated payment confirmation emails if you contact them via their customer services email address instead.
I have never known a bank who would ever do this so it is safe to say this is a scam.
