Whitechapel Argos inside the sainsburys branch has better customer service then the branch on whitechapel road very happy with mayesha customer service skills 👍 keep up the good work

Whitechapel Road (Unit 2a & 2b, 45 Whitechapel Road, E1 1DU) rude sales assistant with the worst customer service skills refused my item to return. She told me to go to another store to return the item. So I guess it was returnable? Clearly they are not following the “return policy” of Argos and just trying to push their problems onto other people instead of dealing themselves. Very unprofessional.

Big thanks to Hussain from Argos. He was able to rectify a problem for me after speaking to 3 different members of staff. I couldn’t believe that he wasn’t a manager and that he’s a normal team member.

Hussain, amazing asset to the team. Sorted my issue with my order in minutes were others in the team couldn't.

My daughters and I visited last night around 8.30pm to collect an EE IMO Q2 mobile phone. Hussain assisted us for about 30 min with the set up as we were struggling - while serving other customers on his own. He was extremely patient, calm and helpful. Thank you again Hussain !

I recently moved into the area, and had to get settled in with household items rapidly as I’m starting a new job in 2 days, therefore I’d have little time.
When I arrived to collect some of my items in store, I explained my situation to a Manager named Mahi. I told him there are items I need, that I’m unable to find in stock which is causing me a lot of distress and anxiety.
Mahi promptly checked on his computer and found the items I’m missing in other locations, and went the extra mile by explaining to me the best way to those locations as I’m new to the city.
This was a great relief which made me feel like someone cared about the pickle i was in.
Can’t thank Mahi enough.

Seems like loads of customers arrived in one go. A huge queue built up. The staff looked a cool a cucumber’s in serving all of us, polite, professional and got my item in no time, despite a horde of people all arriving all the same time!

Been shopping here for years due the convenience. And I have to say, sainsburys customer service and cleanliness has gone down the hill. Very rude and snappy employees at sainsburys, especially with what happened today with my kids.

Only thing that makes up for it is the service I get at Argos for the times I do to pick up items I ordered. Always greets with a smile, and I’m not rushed to get my business done quickly, like I am at sainsburys.
I also like the covid measures they have in place with the screens.

I went to Whitchapel Sainsbury , Argos section to go to pick up my stuff I ordered. A young aged girl named Nisfa who served customers order , she did the best service ever. Her behaviour was excellent same for her presentation and explanation which was very positive.I hope one day she will take a step up from her service . And best luck for her. :)

In and out in a flash ! Hardly any queue, got served so quickly! It's a collection only branch which makes it such a smooth transaction..100% the item you want is there because you've ordered it. Love these collection only branches, fantastic idea!

Bought some barbells and weights.

The customer service was really good I loved the help I got from the worker Meetha. She handled my situation so well. Very happy.

Their tech old people come here if you need help with your phone , he helped my put my SIM card in and did my top up making this my new regular store

Best part of the Sainsbury’s store, always see regular staff who are friendly and remember me always say hello to me even when I’m not even buying anything it’s a shame it’s inside a Sainsbury’s sooo messy supermarket other superstores are so much cleaner and friendly staff

Excellent argos. The staff are really friendly. The customer service was excellent and the service super fast. Went in today thinking its Al long que however the que went super fast. Thanks Argos Whitechapel.

Great idea to put this into the Sainsburys here. Very convenient and I have never seen really long queues which is a bonus
