Although the hospitality is different from big local Uk branded super markets but the store has marvellously good south-east asian food collection and everyone was pretty helpful to me! 😊

This store is fantastic. They have a wide range of food and groceries and has now become my go to store. Also has fresh meat and chicken available so will also become my regular butchers.

Under new management. Used to be Hat Bazar before. Need to provide good service if they want to stay alive in Whitechapel.

First time shopper - purchased roaster chicken on Saturday late afternoon, found broken bones in the cooked chicken - almost chipped my teeth. Be careful of older family members whose teeth are more likely to break. Obviously they don't use sharper knives or change to sharper ones.

Service was ok at the butchers and typical at the till, hardly any communication nor acknowledgement even though they're taking your money.

Range of products were good.

High price at this shop than any other grocery shops. Service isn’t like much helpful.

Although this place is well stocked with plenty of products at decent prices, the staff (especially at the butcher section) are very rude. They all seem frustrated and miserable. Plus there is a crazy guy going into the store every day abusing people in the shop in front of women and children, but the staff or management don't seem to do anything.

Please always before you leave check your shopping and how much they charge, be careful.
If paying by card always demand till receipt and card receipt as sometimes they double charge.

They need to add a contact number with Google map. I left my shopping here but there is no contact to tell them about the emergency. If they need I may help them to make a website for this shop.

Be careful guys, avoid this shop . They charge extra sometimes double always check your receipts.

Rubbish service guy working in the front came an ask me if payed for a coke can which I did then they charge me extra on my list last time never again.....

This store is illegally selling expired food. All proving pictures have been attached.

Today is May 27th and I purchased milk and cookies from this grocery store around 10pm this evening. I came home only to find out that the bottle of milk expired on the 28th. What's even worse is that the bottle of milk (which was within its expiration date) was already sour. Additionally, it is highly concerning and unethical to sell products that are due to expire the next day without any notification to customers.

Also the other day, I bought fruit (fresh jackfruits) from this store and found it was rotten when I got home the same day. This store is not in compliance. You don't deserve to be in such a high traffic area. You are endangering the lives and health of consumers with your improper business practices.
