Sounds like you stumbled upon a gem of a shop in Sharm El Sheikh! It's always refreshing to find a place with a solid selection and knowledgeable staff. And props to the shop owner for being upfront about compatibility issues with your GoPro Hero 12. Honest folks like that are hard to come by these days.

Needed a couple of bits and saw this place on google maps and as it was near and looked good decided to give them a try. They had exactly what I was looking for and at the right price,as always most of the stuff is made in China but it’s the good Chinese stuff not the horrible cheap stuff you mainly get in Egypt. One of the items had a manufacturing defect but was quickly and professionally changed for one that was tested for faults before I received it back. Top service.

Finally, a salesman how truly understand what he sailing.
Went to buy a memory card for my gopro camera.
He didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but gave me something close, and know exactly what is the difference and how it will affect, and let me have all the info I need to make the decision.
I got the card, and everything the salesman said happened - very professional of him and not lie just to make the sale.
