Poor room maintenance: we had 2 times to ask to change our magnet cards. Water in the bathroom is not going out well. Low pressure in the showers
Generally hotel is well presented as for the Egipt.
The service level is comparable to middle-top European hotels.

Our first night at Rixos hotel, we had the pleasure of eating at the Seafood restaurant. What a wonderful experience this was! The Seafood restaurant team provided us with the best dining experience ever! Great hospitality, delicious food, and wonderful service. Highly recommend.
We ate the seafood grill plate and the sea bass.

Tonight we visited the Asian restaurant. The service and ambiance was calm and serene.
Really relaxing. The food especially my main course, recommended by the waiter “beef in spicy sauce” was delicious. Staff were so personal and obliging. Definitely one to visit.

We had a fantastic time. Everything you could possibly want to make your holiday special, the complex was extremely clean and well kept. Our room was cleaned to an excellent standard we were in room 3116 and was cleaned by Ibrahim Ahmed this is our second visit and I know we will return. Thank you D&D 😀😀

This hotel is a PARADISE! We spent amazing moments here... Beautiful and well-kept gardens, friendly and helpful staff, delicious traditional cuisine as well as from other parts of the world - Brazilian, Japanese, Turkish, Indian, Mediterranean restaurants - amazing!
Additionally, I am impressed the details - beautiful themed decorations, very clean everywhere.

We visited the Turkish restaurant and had an amazing meal. We had just arrived and my husband is pescatarian we didn't have time to read the menu. Non arrival no options for him but an amazing man in the restaurant arranged for a wonderful meal to be brought over from another restaurant for him which he loved. My meal was amazing and staff were so friendly and could not do more for us thank you

6 days in HEAVEN !
This place is top notch from top to bottom. I am struggle to find the right words to describe it.
From the buildings, grounds, landscaping, maintenance, staff, staff, staff… Amazing group of hard working welcoming individuals.
Acres and acres of QUALITY food. Parties by the beach or around swimming pools every night. I will definitely come here again and I would recommend it to everyone. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt obligated to do so after this wonderful experience.

Wanted to say thank you very much for your hotel and the stuff you have. They are great and they work very hard every day to make our vocation the best. Bar stuff, roller skaters, managers and animators are the best I’ve ever seen seen in my life.

The atmosphere, food and activities are wonderful. I’ll recommend your hotel to my friends and surly will come back.

Today we ate in the Mangal Bbq restaurant.
Very good and polite service, the food was excellent!
The chef that prepared it was very skilled.
The waiters were friendly and very helpful.

I would recommend everybody to eat here when staying in this amazing resort.

The shows in the evening are amazing, the animation-team does its best to put a smile on every ones face and they do a very good job!

Mahmoud was our cleaner for the 11 nights we was here. He was very professional and our room was always spotless. Anything we needed doing he done for us. If we could take him home with us we would. Nothing was a problem for him. Thank you for our spotless room. Room 4032

The place is amazing, they look after you well and the rooms are lovely too! Food is great, you can book a load of different Al a carte restaurants every night which are all incredible! The recreation team are great and they really look after you too!

Our house keeper, Mohamed is excellent, nothing too much trouble (room 8007)... resort fantastic, all meals of very high standard, would definitely come back.... Milka who serves drinks in different restaurants, also excellent, very friendly & professional

Amazing hotel - couldn’t be happier! One tiny, tiny tweak please! Ask the Spa, diving and excursion staff to give us a break! At times they were queuing up to try and sell us something! Relax a little & this would be the most perfect hotel we have been to as the service, food & staff are exceptional

This is our tenth visit to Rixos and every time we are amazed with the service and food. The hospitality of the team is great and they are always around to help you and make your stay more comfortable. The food at the restaurant is another story. I have tried it all but the palm “main restaurant” is always my favorites. We started to know the chiefs and the team there, they know what drinks we prefer and even the location of the table. Special thanks to Islam Osama for keeping our stay marvelous

I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their interest. It has a wonderful ambience. We stayed in suite room 17008. They help us with everything and they are very interested. Everything is very clean, room cleaning is perfect. Thank you one by one to the shuttle drivers. You had very nice chats every time. Ibrahim saber in the restaurant is an excellent person. This was our 2nd visit but will not be the last, see you soon.

We stayed in a junior suite room 8105 between 1-5 February. The cleaner Ahmad is very polite and friendly. We were very happy to have met him. We chatted every day when we met and he was very meticulous about his job. Buggy driver Aladdin and AliBaba are very kind people. They were very friendly towards us. We were happy when we got on their buggy :) We were very happy during the time we spent in this hotel, everything was great. We can't wait to come again!

The spa staff was great amazing service, very kind . Bring your towels anything you need anytime of day. You won’t even be able to sit down before someone asks you if you need something they are great go to this spa and hotel. You’ll have a great time and eat lots of food you will.
