SUNRISE Diamond Beach Resort -Grand Select-

What a Fabulous week we've had!! Cannot fault Sunrise Diamond Resort and all it's lovely staff. From Hotel Management to the hard working groundsmen. Everyone is so friendly and cant do enough to make your stay enjoyable.

Restored my faith in Egypt. This Hotel is so much better than expected. The staff in the restaurants have excellent service skills and the entertainment crew are very welcoming and happy. Have enjoyed my stay here and the entertainment team are 100%. Will be returning here for a longer stay next time. Great place doesn't do it justice it's perfect!

The hotel is facing the beach and the rooms are amazing, well maintained, very clean and well taken care off. Always smells nice. The staffs all are very helpful, friendly and attentive to all your needs here.
We came as a family of 5 and the way they treated out children is amazing.
They have kids zone where you can leave your kids play in their play rooms which is spacious and comfortable and being monitored by the hotel staffs❤
Breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties of foods and the best part is this hotel give u not only almost free flow mineral water but soft drink as well.. U can always ask for more and they will be happy to give you.
They have many pools and activities for kids and constantly have performance in front of the main pool and at their theater.
We stayed here for 5 days and have amazing days n nights here and additionally, they willing to let us checkout few hours late cause our flight is late❤

The room was clean and spacious.
The staff all were friendly and helpful.
The pool was warmed (29°C) which is perfect to swim 🏊‍♂ .
The territory was nice, but the pathways and the stairs were a bit confusing, that you may get lost searching for your room. I wish there were some signs to guide people to the pool and the lobby.
The Spa was unfortunately unclean, deficient and the massage wasn't professional!
The food was generally good, but the variety can be improved.

Really enjoyed our holiday here. Food was good quality although a bit repetitive. More variety would have been better particularly as the theme nights don’t seem to change the offer much. Staff were all friendly in the main and provided good service. Animation team were really friendly and organised different activities. Reef off the beach brilliant and the lunchtime Gamila restaurant was a lovely spot. Would come back.

A superb holiday at a hotel that takes customer service to another level. Nothing was too much trouble and all with a happy smile! Great food. Great service. What more can you ask for?

This holiday was exceptionally excellent. The reason we absolutely loved everything about our stay falls on the shoulders of your fantastic staff. The level of customer service every single one of them provided was second to none. I cannot wait to return. It was our first visit to Egypt and will certainly not be our last. Wonderful room,with a swim up pool. Fabulous menus and food in the restaurants. Quality of drinks in the bars was wonderful .

Everything is very very good in the hotel: the territory is large, all pools are heated to 29 degrees. We lived near the main pool, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The rooms have everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, shampoos, conditioners, toothbrush sets, shaving accessories, etc. There is a lot and variety of food, both grill and seafood, fruits, vegetables, whatever you want. The most wonderful staff - friendly, helpful, always smiling. On the beach of the hotel there is a wonderful reef like from a National Geographic postcard.

Our 10th time in Egypt and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in in Egypt. The staff were friendly, very experienced and dedicated in making sure we had all our needs catered for. The hotel facilities cover ever need, whether its for a relaxing time around the quiet pool, or sunbathing at the beach, or partying and games around the various other pools. The food and drink were without compare and we were very well looked after by chefs and waiting staff. Hotel cleanliness is matchless, staff always cleaning up wherever we went.

We highly appreciate the work of the staff. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing. Lots of options for leisure time. Great entertainment.
One small downside is the food selection. Breakfast is always the same. Chicken dishes were missing at lunch and dinner. The à la carte cuisine is amazing.
Everything else is wonderful. The housekeeping is excellent, the beds with towels and blankets are decorated in a new and interesting way every day.
Internet worked perfectly everywhere.
The bus service around the hotel area was very helpful.

Fantastic stay just before Christmas.
Such a wonderful holiday. The hotel was beautifully kept, both the buildings and the grounds.
The food and drinks were of a very high quality, with such a selection and these were complimented by the the polite and attentive service from the staff.
We went to Cancun last year and said we would never do all inclusive again, however, we chanced it one more time and landed lucky on this wonderful resort. If only they could all be like this!
We would definitely recommend to other traveller and we will definitely be back again.

A truly amazing holiday from start to finish. The staff have been exceptional in looking after us and I need to call out a few wonderful people. Mohamed the Posh Club manager has made us feel like royalty meeting all of our needs and arranging restaurant bookings whilst ensuring the champagne is flowing. Talal and Mufasa in the posh club. I also been exceptional along with Ahmed in the velocity bar. I would recommend this Holiday every time and plan to return sometime next year. Thanks once again for a memorable holiday

We were a family of four. The experience was fantastic. From the food to the events!
Lots of variety of activities and every single bathroom was spotless. It’s clear that hospitality is at the top of this hotel’s priorities.
The animation team, in particular Anna and Mahmoud, we’re incredible. Our kids had so much fun and felt safe all the time.

I had the best time at this resort. I have been to a lot of resorts around the world and can say this was my favourite by far. The food was amazing, the rooms were really clean and the staff were exceptional and so helpful. Everyone went above and beyond. Met the General Manager and he was a lovely man. Also, Mahmoud from the entertainment team was very friendly and welcoming. All the chefs were fantastic too (I wish I could list everyone’s name)! If you are going to Sharm El Sheikh, I highly recommend booking this resort. I will definitely come back.

Me and my family have had a wonderful time at the Sunrise Diamond Beach Hotel...we have spent Christmas here!

The hotel is absolutely amazing, the food is top class in all the restaurants including the buffet... the rooms are beautifully clean (we are staying in a family suite in block 12)...
Hotel grounds are well kept and very clean and tidy.
Animation team AMAZING... Anna in particular is diamond herself.. very friendly very helpful cannot do enough for you!

Very beautiful place, best service ever, I loved the hotel so much that I would definitely visit it again.
The staff is very welcoming & nice, the nature & weather are perfect, also the room is clean & comfy, All pools have warm water, also there's an aqua park, the food was great, even when I was checking out, they made me a meal to eat during my drive for free.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been too. From all the pools to the beach to the food. The staff are all incredible and cannot do enough for you. Everything is so clean and you feel so at home. Special mention for the animation team Taisha and Ammar

The hotel is very splendid, the elegance and the staff are all above excellent and the treatment is very good with politeness and respect. The hotel is really a resort that you do not need to go out at all. All aspects of enjoyment for adults and children are available. The aqua is great for children. There are many and fun games and at the same time the safety factor is present. There are no terrifying and frightening games. The restaurants are full and the people eating there are all helpful and courteous as well. An Indian, Mongolian, Italian and Egyptian restaurant. The staff in the reception, especially Mr. Mahmoud in the reception is a very polite, cooperative and respectful person. To be frank, the hotel deserves to be the best hotel in Sharm El Sheikh.

We will stay in hotel for 5days. First of all, I would like to thank Mohamed from posh club. He took care of everything from the moment we arrived at the hotel. He tried to make everything perfect for us. If you want to feel valuable and special, you should definitely stay at SUNRISE DIAMOND BEACH.

The room is amazing and always clean! I am very pleased with the service and our cleaner has always been on hand to help when needed! The facilities are constantly getting cleaned which makes the environment feel super safe and hygienic! The service has been great and our waiters have been brilliant, the food has been incredibly and there has always been lots of options! The entertainment team have been very fun and talkative and have made me feel very safe during my stay! I would 100% recommend this resort and would love to come back! The staff need better wages!
