Novotel Sharm El Sheikh

Great place to stay - Palm Wing not beachfront. Palm Wing was quieter and more peaceful with less people. Can easily get to the restaurant and beachfront by crossing the road with assistance. Nice hotel at a good price. Spacious room with all amenities needed. Only strange thing was that the toilet was in a separate room to the main bathroom and there was no sink in the room with the toilet so had to use the toilet then go to bathroom to wash hands.

The location of this resort is amazing! It felt as though we were staying in Greece. It's a 10 minute walk from Naama Bay, which is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of pools, even a heated one! The resorted private beach is clean. The buffet is good. They have different dinner cuisines for each day of the week. The resort js very popular among Russians so the entertainment is mainly in Russian. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars is because our rooms shower had a really bad damp smell coming from it, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed at Novotel Beach between February 18-22. The interest of all the staff was really great. The rooms were clean and all the staff were friendly. The food is good and the beach is clean. I would like to thank all hotel employees for their interest and smiling faces.

I am here in this hotel for the last 3 days with my cousin's for holidays...First of all I must say "It is an amazing place"
The people serving here are extraordinary kind helpful and caring They met us with a big smile. The first person in particular who welcomed us with his lovely smile and attitude is Karim in the reception A person whom I can simply describe as dedicated for the care if the guests .He will walk the extra mile to make a guest feel at home. Karim is amazing in his reception position,reassuring that whatsoever it takes he will do for the visitors What a kind person who really fits in the position given to him He is in the right person for the right job.I recommend any tourist to come and visit the place to experience what I have experienced here To the authorities if Novotel Palm I say "Karim is an asset to this huge place He fills his position with high efficiency and standards"

Hotel is great, specially beach, seaside part, corals. Service cool, specially mini disco for a kids. Rooms is new, comfortable. Location is the best in Sharm, you will be in the hearth of active Naama bay. Just want to see more testy kitchen. Thank you Novo hotel staff for hospitality, see you in the next year.

actually food is great and ppl are so welcoming and helpful everywhere is easy and close enough really i enjoyed staying here especially that i have problem with my room and i find they took care of it immediately

Sharm el sheikh = Novotel! The personnel is just so kind and caring! Rooms are wonderful. Beach very close and amazing. I will keep suggesting You for friends and family! I have worked a little time in hotel industry and in Novotel you don’t find mistake! We arrived very late (4am) and a young gentleman warmly received us with a big smile. 10 of 5 stars. Food is also tasty and big variety.

From Novotel Palm takes 3 minutes to go to the beach from Novotel Beach hotel
The bech has sand, and the sea water is very clear. Doesn’t have reflux, is nice water for swimming all day
At Novotel Beach is a promenade from Naama bay and you can walk all the bay to the shopping and restaurants area, is great to walk in the evening
The pools are heated in the winter time
The main restaurant from Novotel Beach was fully renovated.
Rooms are renovated and in very good condition

First of all, all staff of the hotel were very friendly and they treathed us with smile all the time. The hotel is very clean and in good condition. We enjoyed every minute while our stay. Hundred percent recommend. :))

I do believe this is the best hotel in Naama Bay, not because of a subjective point of view, but as an objective feedback. The organization is meticulously taken care of, and they try all their best to exceed customer’s expectation. The only thing I can point out, Russians. In Sharm el Sheikh it’s full of Russians so not the hotel’s fault, but they give an unpleasant stay due to lack of education and obnoxious behavior. Also, indicating descriptions in English and Russian language only, makes them feel important for the structure too. My rating remains 5 stars because I valued the hotel, but it would be a 3 just because of Russians staying there.

One of the best hotel I have ever seen, thank for good service and support, all was 5+, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and everything on 5+.

We were already the 3rd time with our two children in the Novotel Sharm El Sheikh and we are always thrilled.
The staff is very attentive and accommodating, the rooms very spacious and are cleaned very thoroughly every day. The hotel grounds themselves are also extremely well maintained.
The beach is very spacious and the water wonderfully refreshing. After a few meters in the water there is a coral reef and the colorful fish are omnipresent.
The food is very good and there is something for everyone.
The entertainment for children and adults is great, our daughters love the mini disco in the evening. Plus great cocktails and drinks at the pool bar.
In this hotel the management does a very good job and we will certainly come back a 4th time.

The staff here are very hospital and nice people. They provide us with fresh towels and water bottles every day. The hotel also has lots of things to do.

I had great time. Especially with Valeriia, shes the cutest of them all! I came back to my home place today full of great memories that have been made by the awesome people that work there. I would like to say thanks to all the people that made my vacation far better than I expected it to be. Special thanks to Mr Amir and Mr Nasr and to all the girls and guys from animation team, sorry if I left someone out! I will definitely come back and will recommend everybody from serbia to come here and experience all the beautiful moments that I went through!
