Brilliant hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The entertainment team are lovely! Great food and a wide variety, drinks are also brilliant. Pools are spacious and easy to get a sunbed. Plenty of room in the rooms and great views. There’s entertainment at night and always a good laugh :) also very close to the beach which is beautiful. Would definitely recommend and will be back myself!

Excellent resort! Great friendly staff. Whole resort was spotless and clean. Plenty of swimming pools. Even heated pools!

Food court was not bad. Its a buffet so can't expect amazing food but it was still really nice. They change it up every day which is good. Desserts were excellent!

Rooms are huge! Lovely balcony to relax in. Overall great experience.

An enjoyable holiday 😄 The entertainment team, as well as other staff members, created a fun and friendly atmosphere. There were daily activities to enjoy, as well as various evening shows. A bonus was that the weather was great, and only a few days the bartenders remembered my drinks order 😂

Reception is very welcoming and friendly as all the other staff. Room is big enough for a stay however floors could be a bit cleaner. But all good! Really enjoyed the entertainment every night after dinner is different program which is great. People really go above and beyond to make your stay remembarble and definitely would like to stay here again!

Great reception, a fantastic all inclusive bar, rooms with a beautiful view, friendly staff, an amazing range of food and an all around amazing experience! I would come back again in a heartbeat! The location is right across a private beach with its own strip and an amazing range of pools that are kid friendly and great for adults!

I thoroughly enjoyed the animation at the hotel. The attention to detail in the animations was impressive, and it added a whimsical touch to the overall ambiance. The animated characters and scenes were charming and added a unique element to the hotel experience. It truly made my stay memorable.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the resort is beautiful and the people are lovely and nice to talk to they made us feel very welcomed. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend :)

Rooms big and clean but bathroom a little dated. Has got lots of choices of food. Plenty of swimming pools for adults and kids. Beach across the road. Plenty of beds and very spacious. Very beautiful hotel

We returned last week from.sharm dreams ..the hotel is wonderful ,the staff they go above and beyond in all aspects ,and work tirelessly to make sure your stay goes as you expect, our waiter hassan was just fabulous as well as the service waiter kalid,I cannot fault anything,our room.was cleaned daily our cleaner was thorough and always made sure he checked in with us everyday that he had cleaned sufficiently, the food was fabulous. If your British and expecting steak n chips or burgers pizza everyday then your not getting it..what you do get is huge choice of hot foods, salads ,breads,soup,desserts, always fresh and always delicious, there is a limited childs food bar but they can eat what is available on the main buffet bar,the pools are great and so many of them,the grounds are maintained wonderfully its kept clean at all times, and the all staff are so friendly and welcoming,all in all I cannot fault it and will definitely be returning

Hotel is great! The amateurs are very cool and friendly. The food is delicious and there are a lot of pools where you can relax if you have bad weather! Will be great to come back again!

The reception was wonderful, and the customers were helpful and did anything we asked for on time. The food was good and the service could be better. The room had all the needs. The shows at night or in pool were fun and funny.

My time at the hotel was made unforgettable by the amazing animation team. The animators were incredibly engaging, bringing boundless energy and excitement to every activity. The hotel was amazing but importantly the service by Maryam Joseph and Mahmood alatehy was above and beyond with hospitality and kindness to make us feel comfortable with our stay at the hotel and even leaving the hotel to the airport. The staff are very helpful with anything you need in and outside the hotel which made the experience ten times better.The cleaning service do a splendid job cleaning the rooms regularly. I definitely recommend this hotel they have great hoilday packages with Mr Ramy who will be very clear and honest about all the details that happen on trips (definitely recommend the diving trip to ras mahmoud with the hotel). The hotel has 7 pools all very clean and wonderful and a sheesha lounge.

Me and my husband decided to celebrate New Year 2024 in this hotel because we had already stayed here 1 year ago and we fell in love with this hotel!!! I have never seen such a big swimming pool in my life in any hotels in Egypt. Of course, you can find several small pools in a hotel, BUT here along with small ones you will find a real huge and deep one with a pool bar in the middle (special thanks for out barmen Muhammad)!!! I adore swimming, that is why for me it is very important to have beach nearby and of course pool on the territory of the hotel. The beach is situated literally 5-7 minutes by foot, just cross the road and pass the other hotel which is Jaz Group as well. The stuff is very friendly, polite and always smile, ready to help you with anything you need immediately! The room service is also great, can’t complaint on anything, special thanks to our room cleaner Ahmed, great job!!! The variety of food in restaurant is amazing: meat, fish, vegetables, soup, fruit and lots of bakery, what else you need! You can always find something to your taste! A special thanks to restaurant manager Reda who was so attentive and kind to us! I also recommend SPA salon, especially massage. Massage girls are all very professional and attentive to your wishes! The reception works 24/7, always help immediately with all of the questions or problems you have, special thanks to Muhammad and of course Russian speaking lady named Alesya! Alesya is just a brilliant, smart, beautiful, helpful, professional worker! As soon as we have some questions or little problems, she was always here to help us immediately! Such a great service! We want to say again million times "thanks" to all these people stuff and the hotel for great wonderful amazing holiday from 30.12.2023-09.01.2024! We loved and enjoyed every single moment and of course we will come back this year again!!!!

Great hotel!our first time in Egipt 😊 we had room at Laguna swimming pool,heated every day with bar inside.Room very soacious,cleaned every day,main pool so beautiful,flowers every where,staff so friendly and helpful.Great people at the restaurant,waiters,chefs,managers,animation team smiling to you every day!Food is very good and everyone finds something good for oneself😊The beach is great and the coral reef just few meters you enter the sea with hundreds of colorful fish is like a dream.We were snorkling few hours every day. It is so close to cdntre of Naama Bay with shops,restaurants,beautiful view places.City is so clean,shiming with flowers everywhere and so safe for tourists!We miss the sun and all the people so much...it is old hotel but renovated all the time.We reccomend it 100%!!!!

My wife and I are at Jaz Sharm at the moment and the service has been first class especially the animation team. Great atmosphere. Loving it. Centrel location. Thanks to Hassan for looking after us during food time. Many pools to choose from. Reception staff were very helpful with any questions we had and extended our stay by 3 hours due to late flight time free of charge due to occasional noise from some work being carried out during our stay. A lot of staff on hand and all smiling. Respect. The beach is beautiful and clean and easy to get to (shared with sister hotel Jaz Farouz).
