SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort -Grand Select-

Arabian Beach Resort exceeded my expectations. Restaurants have left the best impressions! The food and beverage service is unmatched. The staff everywhere truly cares about your experience. Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, tasty cocktails and wide variety of dishes daily including wonderful dessert. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the cleaning staff were all amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I truly recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Everything about our stay was brilliant. The staff were amazing both with ourself and our children.
Our housekeeper was amazing. The bulbs in the reading lamps are a poor fit but that didn’t affect us. There is a little bit of updating that could be done but I’m sure that will be looked at in due course. The snack bar & the outdoor grill was amazing and the desserts, breads, etc was amazing & spectacular. The main food choices in the actual buffet were a little disappointing as there wasn’t much substance, but all the other restaurants made up for this and everything else was 1000% above & beyond. The security of the kids club was a little lacking. The staff we saw the children with were great, but we were able to walk in and drop them off but the member of staff on duty didn’t seem too on the ball & I was able to walk away with them during a magic show with no one actually questioning who I was or where they were going. This did put us off taking them back even though they wanted to as they enjoyed the activities so much. It personally made me uneasy as the girls are only 4. Altogether it’s the best holiday we’ve been on & would be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

The hotel and its facilities was great. The staff are amazing and really make the stay fantastic but there was one person who really shined. He made our holiday so special and we will definitely be coming back just because of him. Ehab was fantastic and is a real asset. The swim up room was great. Step out of the door and straight into the pool. The water was warm. Bus goes around the hotel and stops at all areas. Steps can be a bit much for some people but then they can get the bus. Food was great in the buffet restaurant and once you got the hang of booking other restaurants it was great. More peaceful and get served to your table. My favourite restaurant was the Thai but the Greek was a close second. Loved the Italian for dinner and breakfast with the beautiful view of the Red Sea. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel was drinks was not always cold.

The staff are very friendly and keen to accommodate to suit your needs. The food was excellent with a large variety of choices each night. They cater for gluten and dairy free very well. The room service was excellent with various towel folded animals with each turn down. The beach is wonderful with 10/10 snorkelling straight from the hotel’s white sandy beach. The animation team have a lot of activities to keep you happy and entertained all day and night!

I have travelled many places around the world, this hotel exceeded all expectations. My experience here was humbling and peaceful due to the kindness and loving staff and service. All with smiles, nothing was too much and very discreet to ensure the guests are made to feel comfortable. The hotel is immaculate and the landscape is beautiful, which gives you the feel of an oasis and peace. The food was always good.

A special thanks to Ahmed Ali, the restaurant manager who worked effortlessly to fulfill every request and always so attentive. He is a gem and I hope he is recognised for the value he adds to the hotel service and guests experience.

Almost everything about the hotel is satisfying. Staff are very sincere and friendly. The food in the Italian restaurant is very nice. Gym is pretty adequate. Personal trainer Mohammed in the gym is so helpful, he even brings out a water bottle before you ask for it. Amazing experience overall!

I would like start off with saying a big thank you to Dina from Posh Club for making my stay a fantastic vacation her and her team have been welcoming and have been there for me and my wife every step of the way, they provide a fantastic service with love and care and they are an asset to the hotel. Ali and his team from the Monhar and Thai restaurant are brilliant great hospitality, always showing you love and care and an excellent service. Finally all my brothers who are the gardeners you don’t get any recognition because your service is indirect to us but just know we value you as much as we value the other hotel staff without you the hotel will never be as nice and clean, you work so hard from morning till night cutting the grass and cleaning the hotel and never complain may you be blessed. Thank you to everybody who we spoke with and made our stay comfortable, a beautiful hotel and some very very nice hospitable people that work here. Well done be proud. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here it’s been a pleasure.

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at your hotel. The service and staff were exceptional. Now that my two-week trip to Egypt has come to an end, this experience stands out as my fondest memory. The breathtaking view of the Red Sea, the vibrant holiday atmosphere, and the warm and helpful staff all contributed to making it a truly unforgettable experience.

I would like to give a special mention to our concierge, Hesham (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He provided us with the most welcoming experience, showcasing his expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills, which made us feel right at home.

I recently spent a week's vacation at the Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and overall I had a wonderful experience.

Rooms

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was clean and tidy, and the furniture was modern and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and I woke up every morning feeling refreshed.

Food

The food at the hotel was delicious. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, including Egyptian and international cuisine. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to make recommendations.

Cleanliness

The hotel was very clean. The rooms and public areas were cleaned daily, and the beach was clean and tidy.

Entertainment staff

The hotel is amazing. Gamal upgraded my room for free upon arrival which was so lovely, all of the staff are so friendly and the food is really good. The animation team are so friendly and make a great atmosphere and vibe. Will definitely return!

The senses spa was excellent! The staff were extremely attentive, very knowledgeable and gave amazing massages. My partner who suffered from back pain for many months now has no pain! Mohamed and the rest of the staff were incredible and ensured our ever needs were met. Would definitely recommend. Maya maya!!

Great experience! The location was amazing. Resort is very beautiful with a lot of activities and fun stuff to do. Beach is beautiful! Service was extremely good! The staff was very sweet and kind. Moaaz at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. Basilico was one of my most favorite restaurants at the beach. Everything was just wonderful! 10/10 recommended

Amazing hotel! My family had a blast and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We really enjoyed the food including a la carte restaurants especially basilico. Also, have to acknowledge Omar and his attentive services at the main restaurant. Thanks to Mohamed and Moustafa as well!

What a wonderful place! The quality of this resort is breath taking.

My stay was absolutely elevated by the exceptional staff, below I detail just some of the wonderful people I encountered:

Ehab was such an attentive host. He would remember my drink orders throughout the day and bring them before I had even ordered! He has a wonderful temperament and a kind heart.

Moamen who provided towels and requests at the pool was an incredible young man. Every morning he greeted me with a warm smile and would offer a new Arabic phrase for me to learn. This was such a lovely offering and allowed me to connect with the beauty of the language. His calmness and positivity really elevated my stay.

Mohammed who works in the gym is a gorgeous character, motivating me through my workouts and providing me with anything I may need. I returned regularly just to say hello! He has an amazing energy.

The room service carried out by Karim was of the best quality. His attention to detail and enthusiasm was noted every day. He has a beautiful demeanour and the cleaning was always outstanding- you will be lucky if he attends to your room :)

Every single person working at the resort was of the highest standard. I have never had such incredible service in my life- thank you to all!

Absolutely wonderful place the hotel and ground are beautiful. The service is second to none and top notch. The animation team are so friendly and always involving everyone special mention to Ahmed so friendly and entertaining. We still have half our holiday to go and if the second half is as good we will be very happy.
