The quality of service, food and the ambiance was exceptional. The restaurant was spacious and felt luxurious. The attentive staff made the dinning experience an absolute pleasure. We indulged so much with the starters and main courses of which every spice and flavor included in the preparation of the meal could be enjoyed and complemented it. We ate to much of this fabulous food that we had no room for the final course, however we will definitely come back to conclude the final course. Five stars plus ******

Mangal food and customer service is excellent. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to families are friends when ever the visit. I give 5 star because my experience overall is great and my children love the food and the service.

Additionally, we returned the next day, as the food was so good. This time our children were entertain by the Ice cream man with his magical skills for tricking the children. Our children enjoyed every experience from the ice cream man. This is something that the have saw multiple time on TV, but to witness the ice cream trick in person is mind blowing for our children.

Food is delicious and not repetitive, there is so much choice. The hotel has amazing amenities and lots of things to do or you can simply just relax with an amazing cocktail. Staff are super friendly, lovely guest relations Iana made us feel very welcome. Hoping to return to this fabulous hotel again one day.

Service is quick and always there. Personel is always smiling and helpful. Foods tastes amazing and choices are nearly endless. Hotel rooms are very clean and sizes are more then enough. Shows are enjoyable and nice to see. We are thankful to all of them. I hope we can come back here.

A wonderful hotel with very beautiful views and beach. Lots of different entertainment for adults and children, very beautiful and exciting evening shows. The food in all restaurants is very tasty, with a very large and varied selection of dishes to suit every taste. The staff everywhere is very polite and helpful.

Asian Restaurant: best meal we ate in the hotel. Delicious fresh, full of flavour. We only booked at the end of our holiday. We would have ate here every night. Good variety and very tasty. Staff are very attentive. Great service.
Salt: excellent service, lovely waitress Aya was very tentative. Food was nice.

Room Cleaning/Service: Mohamed kept our room lovely and clean. He made the bed up very special for the children each day which they loved. He kept our minibar stocked with our preferred items. Thanks. 33202.

One of the best holiday resorts we have stayed at. The service from every person including front desk, waiters, house keeping was absolutely perfect! They were so helpful and kind. The food was superb and of outstanding quality. My daughter said it was her favourite kids club. Pools, aqua Park and all other facilities were outstanding. We would highly recommend!!!

We stayed for 7 nights and had Christmas Day at the hotel. Our room was a family room on the main side of the hotel in block 10 and was in a fantastic location, close to the Turquoise restaurant. The room was spacious and lots of storage space for our cases and clothes. The room was cleaned to a high standard each day.
We booked the BBQ restaurant and the Italian both were lovely and the service fantastic.
We had fantastic service in the Turquoise restaurant each time we went, all the staff that served us were friendly and attentive.
We always received excellent service at all of the bars. The hotel is beautiful and we will come back.

Very good resort, raised up to an excellent resort level due the fantastic staff. Our suite was cleaned, serviced and restocked every day by Mohamed & Mahmoud. If you use the buffet for meals make sure you use lower level buffet section closer to the fountain pool. The food is fantastic, great choice, but again it is the staff who raise the rating up to excellent. They work so hard and yet are always smiling, polite and very helpful.

Our experience at salt restaurant was extraordinary! Everything was spectacular.. from the hospitality to the food service to the quality of food and portions.! Very delicious! Bb Peter was very welcoming and a great host. Dinar as well is such a sweet and kind hearted lady. Amazing staff and very friendly! I rate this place 5/5! The whole experience was amazing

The Mangal restaurant and Salt were excellent food and excellent service.
The hotel is very good.
The aqua side is quieter and the main side is really big.
We rarely go anywhere twice but we will be coming here again.
Mohamed and Ebrahim kept our room spotless and always gave us something to look forward to when we come back to the room in the evening.
They gave my wife a cake and a mini disco in the room on her birthday. We stayed in room 33202.
The view from the balcony want great as we were looking over the building site next door, but we rarely spent time in the room apart from in the evening.
Mohamed in the main restaurant on Aqua side kept us topped up with drinks every time we ate.

Everything is very beautiful and exquisite! I want to celebrate the Veranda restaurant with great love. The food is very tasty and varied. We were served by Muhamed, special thanks to him! In general, everything is brought very quickly. Inside the Veranda restaurant, very clean and cozy! I recommend it to everyone to visit!

Rooms are slightly dated in the Aqua part, but they are being refurbished and look great from the outside.

The girls at kid’s club were amazing, both our kids loved it. 7 & 4 years old, they were pumped to go and play. Meet new friends and we’re always active with games.
The staff go above and beyond to ensure the children have a fun and safe time. Parents can rest assured that their children are in good hands and are being looked after by experienced and qualified staff.

A wonderful hotel for a vacation. On the first day, we were amazed by the beautiful view and the hotel's attractions. Delicious food and drinks are everywhere. Cocktails are great and service as well. I especially want to mention Beshoy from the electric bar. He was very polite. The only downside was the mosquito that bothered me at night.
