This hotel I cannot fault , I have travelled a lot and the level of service is exceptional. The staff cannot do for you they are warm friendly people we have been to Egypt a lot and this hotel is the best . The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are fabulous the general manager is always visible and approachable and always wants to help we don’t usually come back to the same place but we will definitely will be back .

It's better than I expected. Normally, some of the resorts get professional pictures, etc, to make it look amazing, but real-life appearance lets it down, but not the case here. Rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Facilities within the resort are countless. You have pharmacy, clinic, shops, gym, spa, restaurants and bars all over the resort and swimming pools(some heated), jacuzzi etc. This place is the business! Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is great(they cater for all tastes and preferences) and the views from the resort terrace is just breathing. I would definitely recommend this place

This is our second time in Sharm and we are very pleased with our stay there. The hotel accommodation is very good and comfortable. The hotel service is at the highest level, we were treated very well. The beach is magnificent, small, very comfortable. The sun loungers and deck chairs are very beautiful and most importantly comfortable. The sea is incredibly beautiful.
We were very pleased with our stay. We will recommend it to everyone. We may come back.

The hotel is close to the airport. Very large, well maintained area. Even the farthest corners of the hotel can be reached, as a bus runs every five minutes, which transports tourists around the entire territory. The rooms are large, cozy, clean, with terraces. At night time, very quiet and peaceful. Beds are very wide and comfortable. Exellent swimming pools in the reserve area. The restaurant serves very tasty, varied and fresh food. The entire restaurant staff is very kind, friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Access to the beach does not require any effort, although the hotel is located on a high cliff, there are several elevators for the convenience of vacationers. The beach itself is beautiful, large, sunbeds are not crowded together, spacious. A very convenient bridge for access to the sea. An impressive coral reef right off the coast. More than enough space for swimming, very safe. Extremely kind, friendly lifeguards are ready to help you at any moment. All of them deserve praise, but especially Abdul, the supervisor.
All the hotel reception staff are also very nice and helpful. Check-in is quick, the vacationer is not made to wait. All issues are resolved very promptly. I didn't meet a single unpleasant employee here. Everyone, without exception, is friendly, kind, very helpful and smiling. Even the driver of the bus that runs around the hotel area, was also a very nice person, he was not behind in his helpfulness from all the service staff.
In every corner of this hotel, you could feel the attention of the service staff to their guest. I am really happy i chose this hotel - brilliant time spent from the first to the last minute i got here. When leaving the hotel, even the security guard at the entrance to the hotel territory surprised us with his helpfulness and smiles.

Myself and my fiancee spent a lovely week away at this hotel at the end of January.was warmly welcomed by wahleed when we arrived and then shortly after a lovely fruity cocktail.
Wahleed told us pretty much everything we needed to know within minutes before our bags were put on a cart and we were driven to our room.on arrive we were shocked at the size of the room.a little dated in colour and look but other then that it was perfect.lovely hot walk in shower,big sink,coffee and tea making facilities with a fully stocked mini bar with branded soft drinks.
Our room was expertly cleaned by the lovely Hamdy,with swans and love heart towels some days.
Amazing views off the terraces,plenty of nice clean sunbeds around the pool and down at the beach.
Food was absolutely amazing,everything hot and fresh and something for all tastes.we dined in the Italian restaurant twice and the French once,both were lovely.all the staff in the bars and restaurants were top notch.my only issue was the cold pools(literally freezing)but i guess it wasn’t the hottest time of the year so didn’t mind to much.
Had a trip out on a boat snorkelling at tiran island which was great.
Overall a really nice break,cool on a night time so had to by a tracksuit 🤣but other then that we both enjoyed a lovely stay at the very picturesque hotel.would definitely come back for sure

It was the best vacation in our last 5 years. We was in different hotels in Sharm el Sheikh, but this one we liked the most. Amazing reefs, great food, good atmosphere, kind staff. Especially thanks for the entertainment team. We had fun and enjoyed our time. They are all respectful, kind and funny. We will absolutely back again.

I was in a supreme garden view room. Room was very large and in a well condition. Staff was very helpful and always happy. Food was great and every one could pick something for themselves. Three pools each with their own bar. The beach was next to the hotel and has its own coral reef, which is kept in good condition. Tourists are the main Russians here, some Italians.

So good hotel so great everything is well the restaurant is so testy food the entertainment so friendly and they helping us for everything thanks reef oasis blue bay and I will back here again and thanks for everyone special boushy 💘💘💘💘

The rooms were immaculate and serviced ever day, very clean although the sheets which we were told will be changed every 3 days weren't changed, more like every 5 days. The food was great, plenty of selection. Although my partner (who is vegan) sometimes struggled to find variety throughout our stay here. The location is slightly out of the way but it's nice at times as you're not overlooked by other hotels. The beach and house reef are amazing, and better than the boat trips that we went on. Save your money and use the in house reef. Definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back sometime in the future.

Beautiful hotel with unreal views of the sea. The food is sensational in every restaurant, bar area located at every pool so can easily grab a drink or snacks. Exceptional entertainment and activities throughout the day, hats off to the entertainment team with their work rate all through the day in the heat. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time. All staff are very helpful and friendly.

First time in Egypt and highly recommend reef oasis👍🏼

We were interested in diving here in Sharm el Sheikh, found this resort through PADI travel. The diving center and staff were phenomenal and kept us very busy during our stay. When we did have time to relax in the resort, every single staff member was eager to help and ensure an enjoyable stay. We feel like a part of the Reef Oasis family and can’t wait to come back.

Outstanding stay at this hotel ♡ We've been on a family trip with friends and we all loved it. The service is of excellent quality and the staff super friendly. The hotel in general has a very welcoming and cheerful atmosphere.
Adults enjoyed its location and premises, the variety and quality of food, the sea view dining and the much appreciated good coffee! The kids had a blast snorkeling, and even enjoying the very colourful Red Sea fish by the seashore. The water slides and the many thoughtful children friendly spaces made for them; Pirates Club, playground, kids dining area, etc.

Thank you for making our stay so relaxing, enjoyable and for taking good care of us. We will definitely be back soon.
