Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort - Sharm El Sheikh

Our holiday was incredible. Special thanks to all hotel staff(at the reception, in the bars and restaurants, as well in our room). Very beautiful hotel and stay, everything on the highest level. Very delicious food in Soprano restaurant. Water attractions, extreme slides was great. Very interesting and nice excursions (on the yacht), Red See is very beautiful. We will recommend to all family and all our friends. We wish you a lot of happy guests and always shining days :))).

Had an amazing stay here, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt very looked after. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to please, the resort was well maintained and so big that it didn't feel crowded, more than enough choice for food during meal times and the rooms were clean and large. Shady who manages the restaurants made every meal time special and all staff working for him made us feel so welcome, they couldn't do enough to make our meals memorable, this included the chefs, waiting staff and Shady himself. The outside bar staff were superb and remembered our preferences and would bring us our drinks to pool side. Such a wonderful holiday and will absolutely return.

For the first time in Egypt as well in this hotel, super water attractions for children’s . Modern, clean, comfortable with a good location and pool view rooms. Varied food, very tasty food from the grill-live cooking. Everyone will found sth for his taste- vegetarian options as well chicken, beef, fish, good varied sweets.Friendly, helpful, smiling staff. Very good hotel location, Old Market is near from the hotel around 2.5km( nice shopping, beautiful souvenirs, Egyptian cosmetics and oil perfumes). We would love to come back ❤

Amazing first time in Egypt and in Sharm El Sheikh. Old market us amazing zone for shopping. You can buy a lot of souvenirs, is better to pay by dollars. Beautiful city and wonderful hotel. Staff is superb, special thanks to reception, service in the room as well in the bars and restaurants.

The only one minus for the slides which was in this time not heated

Would highly recommend staying at this resort. My kids really enjoyed their stay, food was good. So many pools and good aqua park to suit all ages. Superior room was spacious and accommodated for us all (2 adults & 2 kids), clean, staff were very attentive at all times when required. Close to town too so that was a bonus although, we’ve only spent our time in the hotel as it had everything and we didn’t need to go out at all. We spent 3 days, and enjoyed each day. Reception staff were welcoming and allowed us a late check out. Would definitely be returning.

I really liked the hotel. The service was a plus, the room cleaning was excellent, the receptionist was always interested in whether everything was okay. The food is excellent and varied, alcohol to choose from! The waiters are responsive. The water park is varied for both children and adults. Great animators. Thank you very much Bili is the best! I'll be back here again! This is the best hotel!!

Aqua park is very nice, a lots of slides and pools , super extreme slides , super slide Tornado. The personal is very helpful and polite. The food is Soprano restaurant was very delicious. The rooms very clean and comfortable. We recommend aqua park to everyone who loves water attraction <3! I express my gratitude to all the staff, as well as the animator Billy!

It is my third time in this lovely place. Had a lovely holiday with marvellous facilities and nice staff. The location is perfect and anything you need you can get it easily. The staff are welcoming anywhere l. The food variety is wide and well-presented. Kids' activities are different and really enjoyable. Absolutely will come again next year.

The aqua park is excellent and had a great time.I loved the rolercoster water slide. Each day I come back to my beds made and sometimes animals are formed out of the towels. Each day there is a show . Everyone is kind and ready to help. As well as the beds made they also bring fruit or slippers.Recommended.

We had the best stay so far and really enjoyed every single day spent in your hotel. Food, drinks, the team in every department – we felt taken care about us on every corner. Holiday with a toddler can be exhausting, but here all of us had the possibility to relax.

It was a lovely holiday and kids really enjoyed themselves! The rides were amazing! ( only wish the pools were warmer) Big shout out to the kids club!! They were super friendly in particular Sarah! The kids still talk about her! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I came here with my kids and elderly mum, felt safe. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are helpful and polite. Good selection of food and good number of heated pools and water slides, kids enjoyed visiting kids club everyday. Would love to come back🙂

Love this hotel, the pools are really clean staff are amazing. Animation team can’t do enough for guests , entertainment day and night is brilliant . Food and restaurants are the best we had in Egypt

First time in Egypt but definitely not the last. The hotel is amazing with great food, all day long entertainment and guaranteed sunshine.Perfect for adults only holiday or for a family fun!

A lot of activities for both kids and grown up. The water level is the park is great for also small kids, lifeguards are everywhere which feel very safe. The worker at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. I will recommend family with small kids to this hotel.

Really nice hotel. Lots of pools and activities. Good food and friendly staff. Cleaning every day with details.

Lacks more activities outside the hotel. The reception staff are arrogant and should be trained a bit better. If this could be done better it's 10/10

This holiday was absolutely amazing. The hotel is so beautiful and better than we could have imagined. The staff are the most friendly lovely staff we have ever had. They were always wanting to help for any of your needs and went out of their way to make sure your holiday was perfect. The hotel is really clean and constantly being kept up to great standard's. Food was exceptional. Can’t fault one thing for the whole holiday. The staff are what really make this place special. Shady, Mostafa, Mahmoud, and all others ❤

Enjoyable vacation, really enjoyed our stay in the hotel with my small family, I would visit it again for sure inshaaAllah.
I would give highest rate for service, really everyone working in the hotel was professional, all of them were friendly, decent and neat.
Special thanks for Mr Hamed at the reception, chef Shaaban at the restaurant (pasta region) in Soprano, Ahmed the waiter in Soprano and Ahmed from the room service, our stay was in room 7227.
Only few comments:
.I would recommend to increase heated pools specially in aqua for kids, my kid was feeling too cold.
.Type of tissue in rooms are of very bad quality.
.fresh juices would be better to be provided.
.Entertainment team, i would give the boys 0/10, they were acting as if there are no Egyptians or Arabs, completely unprofessional, one of them took my kid off stage although the tanoora dancer himself asked him to go on stage with him.
.Last comment, about the food in club mac, chefs are friendly and very helpful, but the food doesn't taste good and the place needs more cleanliness.

Wow, brilliant, fun, relaxing and everything positive. The staff, management, chefs and even cleaners were very very friendly, helpful and pleasant. In particular Metwaly Elkady was amazing- his politeness and genuine concern made us feel very important. Every time he would see us and ask if we are ok, if we need anything. He is an asset to this hotel. Despite being a manager, he was doing everything from serving, cleaning organizing, arranging- definitely a multi-tasker. I already miss him :(
Theres Plenty of activities to keep you occupied during your stay. Food (abit bland) but nevertheless lovely and plenty to choose from - different menu every day! Extremely family friendly- perfect for kids.
I say there should be more English/indian TV channels just to pass evening time. Also - rides shut at 5 - they should stay open til late 😄
Hubby complained about weak internet - but quite frankly i was glad he n kids were not hooked on their gadgets 😜
I did not want to come back 😔
But i will definitely go again - to the same hotel!!! 👍🏻
