Sharm Smile Tour

We enjoyed a fabulous trip as a family on the Sharm Smile Tour.
We were picked up from our hotel and had WhatsApp communication all the way to let us know where the driver was. Took us straight to the boat where we saw all kinds of fish and amazing coral. The kids were even asked to drive the boat which they loved. Really good value for money and the crew were so helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended 5⭐

The glass boat excursion organised by Sharm Smile was breathtaking. The coral views were amazing and the marine life blew out mind.
Special thanks to Nabil who took us around was very friendly and professional, he was very informative about the place and was quite knowledgeable.

A very memorable experience. Our tour guide Nabil is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the history of the place based on facts and tradition. He made sure all our queries are answered and made it a point that we are comfortable and relaxed. The lunch was very sumptuous especially the grilled chicken and the place Ali Baba is excellent plus the breathtaking view. The transport van was very clean and comfortable. Job well done!!! want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible experience I had on 9th Oct 23 during the Sharma sheikh city tour led by the most knowledgeable tour guide Mohamed Nabil.He knows his history, culture and land marks . We were taken to the mosque in the old bazaar area and he explained so well the Islamic religion and the history of the mosque! It was absolutely fascinating and stimulating.We walked around the bazaar area, then head off to Genine City Shopping mall, where we cud see from the highest point the Naama Bay Area. Then Nabil took us to Soho as we Travelling he was giving us all the info along the route. A 4 hour trip extended to 5 hours! He made our city tour very interesting! Tym flew! Truly a memorable experience by a great tour guide !! Highly recommended.

Booked Sinai mount and vip private boat trip here, both tours were wonderful! Had an amazing time! Staff was so friendly and attentive, exceptional service! Snorkeling was probably the best I have ever done, saw so many fishes, corals, it’s hard to believe that Egypt has more abundant sea life than in any other place I have been, including Mauritius and Bali. Mohammad Nabil provided a wealth of knowledge of Sharm el sheik and St Catherine's Monastery. His service was professional and smooth- our best experience yet of a tour guide during our stay in Egypt. We had one participant who was unable to walk much, and Mohammad accommodated for them so they too could enjoy the tour.
He also shares deep love for his country and city of Sharm it was refreshing to speak with him, and we enjoyed his company that we were saddened when the day ended. We look forward to returning to Sharm to spend more time with Mohammad exploring the area. Thank you Mohammad for your kindness and a memorable experience.

We had sightseeing tour with Sharm Smile on 13th of February and everything went smoothly. Our guide Nabil has a lot of knowledge about the City history and religion and everything else. Perfect tour to see a city highlights in a short time , especially if you’re staying not in a central Hotel.

The trip exceeded our expectations. Since the moment we bought the package, we already had excellent support from Sharm Smile, Mr Nabil, providing us with all necessary information needed to make our trip as easy as possible. It was an outstanding support.
On the day of the trip itself, everything was VERY well organized, since pick up at hotel / airport / tour guide at Cairo, Dr Mohamed, drop off back at hotel.

We booked whilst in the UK looking for a Cairo day tour that would really show off the city for us. We came across Sharm Smile after reading some very positive reviews and now, after completing the trip with them I can say that I've never been on a better tour ever. From speaking in the UK via WhatsApp with Nabil to the point he privately picked us up at our hotel to the second he dropped us at the airport he was of great help and listened to ever question and query we had. We got lucky as noone else had booked for that day so it turned into a private tour! Whilst in Cairo we had Hassam our guide and Salah our driver. Couldn't of asked for a better and more friendly guide for a private trip around the neighbourhoods and markets, as well as the pyramids, a few shops and the museum, ending with a trip down the Nile, Hassam also encouraged us to snap as many photos as possible with him becoming our unofficial photographer! I cannot recommend this company enough, an unforgettable trip, super knowledgeable guidance who felt like a friend you'd know for years! I even proposed to my partner on the pyramid panoramic and the company arranged a professional photographer to capture the memory. A trip we will never ever forget! Many thanks from the both of us 😁

Amazing experience, the drive to the desert from the hotel was very short compared to other countries so the whole excursion wont take up a whole day if you just want to do quad biking. Nabil made us feel very welcome and kept in contact throughout the day just to see how it was all going and if we had any issues. The team was great, and really good for first time riders such as my wife. The prices are extremely reasonable, there was also an independent photographer on the excursion, who took some amazing professional photos and videos which can be purchased at an additional cost and then whatts app’d to you in full resolution (well worth it). Overall i would recommend this to anyone travelling to sharm as it is well worth the price. A driver will pick you up from the hotel and drop you back off. Take a scarf to cover your face and some sunglasses, if you dont you can purchase a scarf when you get there for a £1. I believe the also off the full day excursion as-well with food and stargazing etc Cant fault any of the team and felt in safe hands!

Firstly, the talk at Muhammad was five out of 5 in himself. Great English speaker and very helpful throughout the tour.

We started off with a small tour of Sharm El Sheikh, with the background of how this place came around. It's involved stories and information about the leadership. The culture and the production of surrounding resorts and local districts.

After this, we were given a guide to talk through a local district with information about shops, people that live there and information about local life.

Following this, we did some further travels to the old market with further information along the way. We visited the local mosque where my partner was dressed in traditional garments with assistance from mosque workers and religious people. Mohamed guided is through the mosque explaining the process the different floors and levels and what these what meant, the times of prayer and what they meant and even given information about the Quran and how Arabic is written and information about it.
We were then allowed 45 to 60 minutes. Free. Time to walk around the local province and old market to allow us to do shopping and experience the local lifestyle.

Following this we took a trip to a local shopping centre and Muhammad waters around given his information about this.

After this and whilst in the shopping centre we locked over Naama Bay, what information was given about this area, the local culture of this area and the difference between this and where we were stopping.

Following this we travel to Soho Square at approximately 7:00 p.m. this was a vital time as the tour was planned so when we arrived the local light show was activated which happens every hour. Muhammad walkers round and gave us information about Soho Square, the links to British culture such as the local pub and local eateries and explained other parts which linked it to its British counterpart. Once again, when we had walked around soho Square, Muhammad took some photos of us as this is his passion on our own devices at no extra charge and we were allowed once again 45 to 60 minutes. 3. Time to wander around Soho Square learning, looking at local cuisine, exploring shops and seeing the local area.

To finish off the tour, we got back to our hotel around about 8:35 p.m. to which Muhammad took us back to our hotel and said if we were ever interested to come back he would always be happy to help.

Mohamed was happy to answer any questions which we had so we could learn about local culture and he was happy to learn from us and any knowledge we were able to pass on.

Once again, 5/5 stars and I look forward to seeing him again, and recommending him to all that come here.

We picked Sharm Smile because of its stellar reviews and reasonable cost and were completely thrilled with the experience we got. Nabil helped us organize an itinerary suited to our specific needs and paired us with a wonderful guide Mohammed who - as an Egyptologist academic - was able to go deep on areas of history and ancient pharaonic culture and religion. The company was exceptionally responsive and reassuring during the planning phase and Nabil himself provided personal communications and service when he realized I was a bit anxious about the tour. I need not have been anxious... the tour and all arrangements were perfect. We so enjoyed our day!

My wife and I scheduled a Nile river cruise from Luxor to Aswan with Nabil of Sharm Smile. He arranged a cabin on the Concerto 2, a new cruise boat. He also provided private guide services from Mahmoud who escorted us to all tourist sites, provided transportation, paid entrance fees and offered excellent information about Egyptian history and the details of each site.
We highly recommend Sharm Smile, Nabil, Mahmoud and the Nile cruise on Concerto 2 to any traveler seeking an Exceptional Egypt experience.

Nabil was knowledgeable about a lot of things, very interesting man to have a conversation with and definitely knew what he was talking about. Showed us around the old market, soho Square, Geneva City and Namaa Bay, highly recommend using him as a guide to see what is around in Sharm as we wouldn't have known what was around the area without him. We felt safe the whole time and had our free time to wander around the market. Would recommend doing this at the beginning of a holiday so if there's anywhere you want to go back to you can.

Many thanks to Nabil for an evening that we will all remember for years to come ! I took my 8 & 11 year old daughters and 85 year old mother and we all had a fabulous time. Nabil was extremely knowledgeable. Very clean and comfy transport. Camel riding is optional and in the beautiful desert scenery. We then moved onto an atmospheric evening in a Bedouin desert camp with snake show, whirling dervish, fire show and more and excellent freshly prepared meal. Finally we met a fascinating astronomer, I only wish I'd booked this on a cloud free evening and envy anyone able to do this trip with a clear view of the stars.

Well organised tour of Sharm el Sheikh.
Our tour guide Mohammed was super informative and had a great knowledge.
We had a tour around the local areas then on to the Old Market.
We also had a little surprise visit to Farsha cafe which was great as I’d wanted to visit for a while! We would really recommend this tour for anyone staying in Sharm!

The water sports is amazing definitely recommend for couples much cheaper than other excursions offered from other parties a coral reef open glass boat, paragliding sofa and banana boat for under 60 quid is a bargain was picked up and dropped off outside the hotel and had a guide online before hand if had any questions or concerns staff were very friendly and was very well organised there was no indication of a language barrier had great fun would definitely recommend for both couples or families
