Location - absolutely amazing 👏
Members of stuff - nice, polite, they always tried to help. Every situation or question - no problem, we can help, can figure it out. Even after check out, they allowed us to use a beach and take a shower. Definitely recommend coming here, enjoying good customer service.

Check in was nice.
Pool and bar on the top are wonderful.
Pool is really heated, which is very important in winter.
Staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel is clean and the rooms as well. Maher in the restaurant was too polite taking care of what we get and offer it next time as well as the bar man samir also was very friendly and keeps getting you fresh drinks even without asking. Honestly, i've never stayed on the beach at 2 pm but these drinks kept me hydrated enough. I was totally comfortable. The head chef is verh polite and talk in lrofessional manner keeping the light smile on his face and nobody was pushing or exaggerating. The hotel and its stuff wanted to succeed and they are successful. Ii will definately come again. I loved my stay and wanted to stay more. The rooms are clean. Food is fresh and varies. Chicken meet and fish are essential. Day after day once duck or meat balls or burger. Depends. Sweets are super fresh and tasty. I'll definately book again if the head chef with glasses and maher still there. Will not be last time. The only bug is the noise and drums sound in my roomon friday night till 2 am. but Thank u for everything

Had a great stay. Good food and excellent staff. Housekeeping were really good and most of the restaurant staff but too many chefs standing around and getting in the way of the food. Handrails also needed to be better overall. WiFi was not free. Otherwise we had a lovely holiday and will certainly book again; especially if the chefs stay in the kitchen.

Wonderful Egyptian Hospitality

This is a gem of a hotel nestled at the far end of Naama Bay with exquisite waterfront views and excellent value. The staff was accommodating and offered true Egyptian hospitality. As a woman traveling solo, the hotel felt like my little oasis. Also the location is right next to the dock where the dive boats leave in the morning so it’s really convenient

Contrary to other reviews, I thought the food options were excellent. There were plentiful choices of fresh healthy food, prepared safely. It was great to eat all the salads I wanted and not worry about tummy troubles. I also appreciated the tea kettle in my room so I could make tea and coffee when I wanted.

A word about noise … There are several clubs playing loud music into the wee hours so bring ear plugs. But that’s a feature of Naama Bay, which you’ll encounter no matter where you stay. It’s definitely a festive place.

The Lido Hotel is a solid choice and I hope to return someday.

Clear sandy beach with many colorful fishes with NO CORALS, NO AQUA park.
Nic cooperative reception staff, Clean and efficient room service, no insects at all they keep fighting it on daily basis.
Limited variety but really delicious food there is one fish, one meat, one chicken and one grill in each DINNER beside plenty of salads and the grand chef himself keep checking the refill, thank you sir and sorry for not knowing your name.

Test your room and balance the view with the quietness, do not take the room on the tip of the hotel, it's just below the disco, because they offer disco from 10 p.m to 2a.m every other day

Everything was wonderful except for two things. The first is what the receptionist claims, Mr. Mustafa Al-Qadi, that he is a sharp, frown man who does not smile. He also treats all visitors with extreme arrogance and has a rough style with everyone, even with those who work with him, and when I asked to change the room service worker for his bad style and lack of Taking care of his work, he would not have wanted to do anything, had I not insisted on raising the complaint to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Muhammad Al-Shimi. He responded to my request and called the room service manager, and therefore I think that it is not suitable at all in this place. The second thing is that there are a few hotel workers who are not fit to work in the field of tourism at all, like Muhammad, the room service worker i think he responsible for rooms from 207 to 217. He is a very bad and very exploitative person, so beware of him well. He wants money for whatever he does except that he offered to sell me drugs and he told me verbatim if you want any kind of drug will be available, I think such a person would have his main place on street corners or prison. Other that, everything was great The view, the sea, food and drinks, and I will not forget the animation team, headed by Mr. Chico. He made us very happy with his wonderful parties, his loving style and his beautiful smile, and he worked on the comfort of all the guests. Also, the hotel general manager, Mr. Mohamed El-Shimy, is a generous, loving, and very strict towards complaints and always present in all corners of the hotel, working on the comfort of the guests and to provide assistance at any time.

Unusually different. Rooms could do with a little upgrade, but beds are comfy, bedding and towels immaculate. Staff so nice and always smiling. Food good particularly the pastries 🥰

A great boutique hotel close to the Naama Bay jetty if you're a diver. Beautiful views of the bay from the rooftop pool.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

I really loved the time up to the most. The view is spectacular, the fish can be seen around us at day and below deck to explore at night. the staff is so friendly for my whole family, and the activities are more than I can remember, from parasailing to banana boat to a boat aquarium. Best vacation ever

This hotel is one of the best hotels in sharm el sheikh. It is not too big but it's in downtown naama and right on the beach. The location is the best. It has many decks and two restaurants and three bars all next to the sea. The pool and jacuzzi is on roof top. The over look the whole cost of naama beach. Amazing view. The jacuzzi is cold though!
The food is quite good. Not too much variety but it's tasty.
The service is exquisite! From the manager to the waiter and room service they are all exceptionally amazing. They go out of their way to get you what you want. They are so friendly so polite that you become friends with them.
The rooms are very clean. It's a bit outdated like the rest of the hotel but it's still nice. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy at night because the doors are not sound proof so you can hear the sound of the waves and boats outside and even the steps of people waking the stairs.
It was a great time at Lido and we will come back again.

Lido Sharm Hotel ; one of the best location hotels in Naama bay sharm el sheikh ; hotel is boutique style average 60 -70 rooms maximum on the heart of Naama bay on sea view or actuary inside the sea ; rooms are normal as 4 star hotel ; few step away from the walking promenade; service are good ; abd staff are very helpful; I do recommend more for couple and seniors who looking for calm and wonderful view

Clean rooms, friendly staff, right next to the beach, it was an excellent choice. Giving some tips (less than 1 $ / person) is highly recommended for a better service (in the hotel or anywhere in sharm).

Please refer to my trip advisor review to see the previous 4 Star. I'm very pleased and overly surprised with Mohamad El Shewy's "General Manager" professionalism. Sr. Mohamad went out of his busy schedule to spend one on one time with me to assure all previous issues and concerns were handled in a timely manner. Mr. Mohamad went over and above to handle this issue personally. I had not only the opportunity to discuss and resolve the issue but discuss life, culture, and Egypt. As an American customer service is very important. Mr. Mohamad surpassed this hence the 5 stars. Anyone who is looking for prime location, exceptional customer service "Thanks Osama and Khaled" look no further. The staff truly makes the hotel and your experiences. One of the most attractive places in Sharm Elshaikh, at the end of Nea'ma Bay has an extraordinary view on the Bay specially at sunset and evening times. You can enjoy a nice drink with light snacks or even a nice meal enjoying nice music.

I been here with my family, great service , staff is wonderful and very helpful, hotel location is perfect and in the center of Namma bay, all water activities you can book it throw the hotel also. thanks again to all staff.
