I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Sharm El-Sheikh! The hotel's beautiful setting and amenities were top-notch.
A special thanks to Idrees in customer service for his exceptional attention to detail and kindness that made our visit extra special.

It’s a very nice hotel, with the amazing view the Red Sea. It’s a little bit sad that many areas are closed because of the low occupancy but for us it’s good because we don’t have a long waiting time. The rooms are big and always very clean. The food is very good. We like it variety and the guy is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and we also would like to come back. Thanks.

I have had the most wonderful time here at the Sheridan Sharm Hotel resort especially the entertainment.

Well we have come to the end of our time here at Sheraton Sharm. We have had a wonderful time and a special mention for Ahmed and Norhan at the main lounge, for great daily welcomes and brilliant service each night. Such pleasant people for whom nothing is too much trouble. Thank you both very much.

Lovely hotel, great friendly staff and immaculately clean.
Sadly only about ¼ full during our visit so not everything was open. Rooms are spacious and all have a lovely sea view.

Beautiful hotel and service. Beach and pool were pretty and kept clean. Staff e.g Asia were friendly and always helpful if you needed anything. Animation team provided lots of activities to keep yourself entertained.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests, which I greatly appreciated.

The dining experience was equally impressive. The food was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The attentive and friendly staff made dining a delightful experience, paying close attention to every detail to ensure our satisfaction.

The beach at this resort was a true gem. It was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained, boasting beautiful, pristine sand that made for a perfect relaxation spot.

One of the highlights of my stay was the spa, managed by the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable Abdulah. The service here was top-notch, and I can't thank their sales representative, Ahmed, enough for organizing the best possible treatment for my sports injuries. Their expertise and hospitality were truly exceptional.

In conclusion, my overall experience at the Sheraton Sharm Hotel was short of fantastic. I highly recommend this establishment for a memorable and rejuvenating holiday

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, special thanks for Edrees from the front disk and Abram from the Italian restaurant and beach bar. all the staff went so far to make my stay comfy. The restaurants and beach facilities are great, room service is super and wherever you go will fiend nice cheerful people whipping the floor (super hygiene). Highly recognized as a platinum member, which is a super plus for this hotel. Definitely, this hotel will be my favorite destination whenever I will be in sharm El-Sheikh and highly recommend it 👌

Perfect venue and relaxing

My only concern that the receptionist denied to add my membership since its paid by corporate, the thing that i did other hotels and working fine

The hotel is excellent the decoration for everything is amazing and the food is more than perfect and the staff is very nice and team animation is very fun and creative especially aziza loved her ❤❤

Stayed here for a winter break and wow, everything from the reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, beach staff, pool guys and the animation team are first class. Everybody is so friendly. We will return for sure.
