Our recent stay at Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort provided a serene retreat despite the evident need for a refresh. What it lacked in modernity, it more than made up for with polite and good service.

From the moment we checked in, the staff's super polite and friendly demeanor set the tone for our stay. They efficiently handled any issues that arose, such as the need for an extra bed and plumbing repairs, without charging us additional fees—a rare and appreciated gesture in the hospitality.

Two of the highlights of our stay was the culinary taste. While the cuisine predominantly consisted of traditional Egyptian fare, it surprised us with its deliciousness, surpassing our expectations based on previous hotel stays. Another is tidiness of hotel's territory and common areas.

The animation team kept the atmosphere lively with a range of activities, yet guests were never pressured to participate, allowing for a truly relaxing experience.

The beach, though clean, was complemented by the availability of a neighboring hotel for swimming, providing additional options for guests. Moreover, the abundance of corals and beautiful fish made snorkeling an enticing activity. The reasonable rental fee of 3 dollars per day for a snorkel mask saves a space in suitcase.

The promenade offered a charming setting for leisurely evening walks and some light shopping. In addition, the affordability of the hotel's shops was a pleasant surprise, defying the typical trend of overpriced items commonly found in hotel stores.

In conclusion, despite its need for refurbishment, Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort stands out for its exceptional service, delicious cuisine, active animation, and affordable amenities.

Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort is a very good place to have a relaxing vacation. The hotel has its own sandy beach and coral reefs. The food selection is diverse and delicious - everyone will find something to their taste. One day there was a crab stew in the menu which was especially tasty. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The hotel staff is very friendly, always smiling and ready to help out with everything. I always felt secure and cared for.
I had an amazing vacation there, and I certainly want to go back 😊

We stayed for 17 days and everything was perfect! Animation team is amazing, the waiters in the restaurant as well. Cleaning man changed 3 times during our stay and 2 were excellent, one was a bit lazy but passable. Special thanks to George and Mohammad from the restaurant - they’re amazingly nice and friendly. Beach is good, with many fish. The territory is nice. We really liked to stay mountain side since it’s a lot calmer. Another thing is that the pool there seems to be a bit warmer. Everything is sparkling clean. The bad points is that the bar and beach towel station open pretty late, also the beach closes even before the sunset but seems like it’s usual in this region

The overall experience of staying at this resort was amazing, the staff were professional and attentive especially in the restaurant we were well looked after. The evening entertainment was ok the staff really tried to get people involved, the children had their entertainment 1st.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel where the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The amenities were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. This is not the first time my husband and I have vacationed in this hotel. The hotel is wonderful. Excellent food. Large selection of dishes, always chicken, fish, beef for lunch and dinner.
Gorgeous beach. Very well located, on the tourist promenade, not far from the airport. Great staff! The rooms are simple but very clean! And we didn’t come to sit in a room.
Animation every day! The animators are just super, especially Bibo. Very cheerful, friendly, sociable and nice guy! He was always happy to help if you had any questions.
The rest of the animators are also great and try very hard.
We will definitely return to the hotel again!

Really! I'm so very happy! Stuff is very lovely and friendly. Location is fantastic. Views are every emazing. The hotel has own beach and sweating pool. Food is delicious 😋 in the restaurant 🍔 and more then professional entertainment team is there. Thank you so much!

Was a bit sceptic about going Egypit as read and heard mixed reviews. Arrived pretty late at hotel and was welcomed by staff at reception. He accommodated us really fast so that we could grab a few drinks before closing. Soup and fresh bread was available as kitchen was already closed. From there it only got better.
Food was freshly made every day with good variety. Water juice and coffee stations all around hotel. Hotel looks absolutely amazing so does the pool area. Never a shortage of sun lounges. Towels issued each day.
Staff at the bar were outstanding and couldn't be more friendly or helpful!
Entertainment team were always available and checking on us.
Very close to airport and in middle of town centre.
Guys at shops also deserve a credit.
Not once have we been asked for any tips and even if wanted to give some they wouldn't take.
At time it felt that staff at bar were watched by supervisor which made us a bit uncomfortable.
Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

I would like to thank the hotel staff for a very worthy vacation. We had a rest for 4 people (two couples).
We really liked the hotel, everything is nearby. The room is good, there is a kettle, water, tea set, towels, bathroom accessories.
The beach is equipped with sun loungers, everything is very clean.
I really liked the food. Everything is very tasty and fresh.
I would especially like to mention the staff of the animation team. Very positive, friendly guys! Guy Bibo, as we understood, he is the main one from the entire animation team, he was always ready to help in any situation and answer all questions. I also want to mention Sabrina, a very kind and cheerful girl. And of course DJ Mido always played the disco music we wanted. Guys are great and keep it up!
We will definitely return to the hotel as we liked it. We love Egypt, thank you all so much!

All in was a lovely experience The rooms were big and clean , the service was great they are very friendly staff and generous hotel, at first our room was near the restaurant we asked to move somewhere less traffic they were very responsive On the same day they changed our room. The food was good not great though as a 5 star buffet but we enjoyed our meals . Christmas night was special they had a wider buffet mix and a beach party. The location is even better the hotel has 2 spots one above the street mountain side which is quieter than the sea side, the taxi and public transportation was very easy right in front of the hotel main street. Both hotel parts have a large pool and nice views the beach vibes were nice too and what was great is the spa experience especially the message 👌🏻 theirs a lady called Jana and a guy called Mohamed highly recommend for a high end spa experience. It was also a small market in the hotel with a good prices clothes also .
Note: anyone can take the public transportation as small busses each 10 min passes by they work 24hr and they are much cheaper than the taxi. Around 5 Egyptians pound each and the taxi was around 150 pounds. You can take all your activities and trips right from the beach side but you have to bargain on the best price as this is the case in the whole country 😉

Not the first time we’ve stayed at the resort certainly not the last. The rooms were very clean. Big pools and a beautiful beach. A very friendly staff as well. I would recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the incredible hospitality. While the rooms were a bit dated, the staff's exceptional treatment made up for it. The Egyptian people are incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Layla & Hind at the spa for the amazing massages, and to Mr. Khalid, the receptionist, for the warm welcome and room upgrade. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic time and a pleasant stay at this beautiful Naaman Bay Promenade Beach Resort!! I truly felt the necessity to share this review about our positive experience during our stay at this specific hotel. Beside the gorgeous view of their fantastic sanding beach, their awesome service was absolutely unmatched especially their warm welcoming smiles of their staff.
We had a reservation for only 3 nights but after the second night we decided to extend our pleasant stay for an extra 5 nights.
Special thanks to Mr. Elsayed Abdel Aziz who was over looking the wonderful room service that made my wife and I so grateful in making our vacation so wonderful.
We will be returning again soon!!
